“I think the property was as described, and everything that we could’ve needed was available to us. Yvette was outstanding as the operations manager. she answered any questions that we had immediately. this was our second stay in this beautiful home and hope to book this Airbnb again in the future. “Deceptive pictures because they are old when the place was maintained. Yard messy outside furniture worn and broken. Inside countertops chipped tile floors cracked and chipped coffee table and side tables all scratched up rusty toilet paper holder . Pool screens torn lattice falling down rusty screws and chairs. All around pool area paint chipped up . Kitchen faucet broken. The place generally worn and not maintained. AC vents are all filthy Slider track was disgustingly dirty with grease and dirt and hair. Grill had to be completely cleaned and I had to find a screw to fix grill”

“This home is beautiful and very clean. it is very well stocked with pretty much anything you need. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, even has a waffle iron and crock pots! The pool was not heated, but it was very clean. (we chose to not pay the extra $32/day to heat it) It was a little pricy, but expected since it was spring break. I would definitely choose this home if we visit the area again.”

“this house was not a good value as it was run down and yard was poorly maintained. The TVs were 2 decades old and one was DOA. Vacasa did their best to fix things but the owner was not prepared to be a AirB&B.”

“The location was very quiet and private. The pool was great, and worth having the heater turned on for our early March stay. Yvette, the property manager, saved the day and responded very quickly to resolve our concerns. She would be the reason why we would return to a property in the area, knowing she quickly and cheerfully solves problems!”
