“It was okay! The air conditioning had trouble cooling it was always above 74 degrees in the home at all times even when set the thermostat way below 74. The pool could have been cleaned more. The water was cloudy and after a few swims it had an odor and the jets didn’t work. Other than that the stay was very peaceful except being hot the majority of the stay.”

“We had an overall good stay and really enjoyed many aspects of this property. Pros: • Prime location that made getting around easy. • The backyard is cozy, charming, and a great place to relax. • The outdoor fish fountain was such a fun touch—our kids loved checking on the fish every day. 🐠 • The house was generally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Cons: • We had pool maintenance workers show up around 7:30 PM one evening and again the following afternoon without any prior notice. It felt a bit uncomfortable having people enter the backyard unexpectedly while we were using the space. • The fence gate doesn’t lock, so there were people coming and going throughout our stay, which affected our sense of privacy. • Several sinks were clogged or drained very slowly, including the kitchen sink. The garbage disposal also appeared not to be working. • The kitchen was missing some basic essentials such as paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge, making it difficult to clean pots a”

“Loved this property, home was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me when staying at an Airbnb. We all had a great time in the pool. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Tampa.”
