“Just terrible tried to charge an extra $115 in addition to the $64 the app showed as price to extend stay one day. When asked why, it was supposedly their minimum payment. Which was a lie. Payed $130 a night first two night wanted at least $155 with hole in roof above bathtub”

“SEVERE roach infestation, we even found them in our belongings as we unpacked after leaving… the experience would’ve been perfect if it wasn’t for this.. I highly recommend you guys please EXTERMINATE the unit thoroughly for next guest.. but everything else was okay”

“The space did not quite match the photos in terms of cleanliness or how new it appeared. It seemed like the unit may have been cleaned at the previous checkout but not thoroughly refreshed before my arrival, as there was noticeable dust and dirt throughout, especially in the bathroom and along the bathroom windowsill. The AC unit displayed a “Clean Air Filter” notification, and the air felt dusty. The small window AC also points toward the ceiling rather than into the room, and there is no AC in the bathroom, which made the space feel quite warm—especially in Florida. Parking was difficult to find on the first day, and I never received a direct response from the owners. Communication throughout the stay consisted primarily of automated messages, which made it difficult to address concerns. That said, the location was convenient, and the space provided what I needed for the price.”
