“This was a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and responsive”

“Great Location close to everything. Very quiet. This place has so much potential to be great. But, the pictures posted of this unit are not what you are getting. The floors were dirty it was sandy. The walls are very dirty especially in the bathroom and the inside part of the front door. The walls could use a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. There’s no grey couch. It’s a black futon. There’s no rug. The bathroom floor is an old 90’s brown tile and so is the shower floor. It’s not granite/marble like shown in the photos. The kitchen has a window next to the stove. But the photos posted shows the window is next to the refrigerator. The layout posted of this unit is not the same as what you’re going to get. The pictures seems to be AI generated. This place wasn’t horrible, but it was very deceiving.”

“Their communication good, or its automated messages. My problems: pictures are enhanced NOT what you see in person. The walls dirty, cracks in the floor. Nothing looks brand new they should show REAL pictures. The A/C unit had mold when I looked into the vents there was a red light on indicating the filter needed to be change. Kitchen supplies under the sink had brown sticky substance on them.Luckily I brought my own stuff. None of the windows have the ability to open.Its like they are painted over to be sealed shut?If they can open would be a struggle I was cooking & tried to turn the knob it didn’t budge.Picture of the kitchen shows a window with a outside view,actual window had a board or something covering from the outside.I think its a safety hazard windows can’t open. There should be a picture of the parking because of the setup.The cars are parked literally parallel right outside your door,the walls are thin.They ask you to give them a 5 star rating but this isn’t a 5 star stay.”

“Stay away from this place. The room was nothing as describe in the picture. It's in a very sketchy and unsafe neigborhood. The room was dirty and we found rat feces in the closet.”

“The place was okay my pillows were taken by the staff asked management could I pick them up they claim to have not seen them I was only gone for about an hour so someone took them and they acted like they didn’t have any knowledge of pillows being left behind. The street is really small nowhere to really park your vehicle it’s okay for a one night stay”

“This was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. There were people sleeping in the back of the property that we were not informed about, which made us feel uneasy and unsafe the entire time. On top of that, the AC unit was leaking water, which is unacceptable and clearly not maintained properly. There were also small flying bugs in every room, making it hard to relax or feel clean in the space. Overall, this place did not meet basic standards of comfort or cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here.”

“This home needs not to be listed until the pest issue has been taken care of ! The owners are very aware of the problem but very inconsiderate and nonchalant about the matter creating a very uncomfortable experience.”
