“The house was as advertised and the overall stay was comfortable. There are a few problems I saw during the stay which all were reported. 1st) Both bathroom toilets need some maintenance. Toilet in the hallway bathroom ran the entire time and was quite noisy. Toilet in master bathroom seems to be not secure to the floor properly because it moved and hit against the wall when seating or getting up. As stated it was reported to the host and a plumber was supposed to come out for repairs but never showed up. 2nd) The pool was dirty. I did request a pool brush and a net to clean it myself and the host did dropped that off. The pool temperature started that the pool would be 85 degrees and as a pool owner myself I can honestly say the temperature didn’t feel like 85 degrees. I messaged the host about this concern. He said he would be out to check but never heard anything back. 3rd) But this wasn’t reported the overhead shower head had rust stains on it.”

“This home was beautiful! Upon arrival the home looked AND smelled clean. The home was stocked with bath towels, pool towels, extra clean linens, kitchen supplies and some additional cleaning items. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The location of the home was quiet, convenient, close the pine island rd for lots of dining, shopping & amenities. The only complaints I have is that the baby items I requested multiple times were not available at the house (after being told they would be upon arrival) and were dropped off at almost 9pm the second night, which made the first 2 days with a young child a little challenging. The house could benefit from shades on the patio door as the evening sun is blinding in the living room. The remotes & fans were a little difficult to figure out. Outside of those minimal issues, the house was fantastic. We will definitely stay here when returning to Cape Coral.”
