“STOP SEARCHING — you just found the Airbnb you want to book. Seriously. This place is the total package and somehow even better than the photos. The second we walked in, it felt relaxing, welcoming, spotless, and exactly what you hope for when booking a vacation stay. And the HEATED POOL? Absolute game changer. Day or night, it was hands-down our favorite part of the trip. Clean, warm, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day or just float around and forget what time it is. It honestly gave the whole place that private resort feeling. Every detail of this Airbnb made our stay easy and enjoyable — comfortable beds, great atmosphere, perfect location, and a host that truly cares about guests having an amazing experience. You can tell this isn’t just a rental to them. We’ve stayed at plenty of Airbnbs and usually keep looking for the next one… not anymore. We already know this will be the place we book every time we come back. So if you’re debating between places, this is for you!”airbnb

“We stayed for 5 days and didn’t have any issues our whole trip. The pool was great, nice size and temperature. Jacuzzi was amazing and had plenty of room. There are a lot of shopping centers, food and beach options that are close by. They also offer kid toys for the home and for the beach which is awesome if you bring the kids along. Beach chairs, goggles and floats are there to use too. The backyard gives a nice view of the beautiful trees and also offers privacy while you swim. All around a great trip. I would definitely stay here again!”airbnb

“Beautiful and spacious home in a great Cape Coral location! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day out. We especially loved the outdoor space and easy access to everything. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again. Thank you!”airbnb

“I cannot say enough good things about our stay. All of the interior, amenities, pool were beyond our expectations. The space is wonderful, quiet, peaceful. The home has any small thing that you may have forgot - beach towels, chairs, wine key, a surplus of quality cookware and kitchen tools. The bed was comfortable, the home temperature perfect, lighting is impressive. I could go on and on. Thank you S & G!”airbnb

“Once again VacationHit Realty did not disappoint. This house was amazing. We’ve stayed at several of VacationHit Realty houses and they are always wonderful. The house was beautiful both inside and out. We barely left the property as the outdoor area was so nice. The pool was warm and perfect. The hot tub was nice and hot. We grilled everyday. The house has a beautiful outdoor kitchen area. My husband fished and caught so many fish! The inside of the house was immaculate and clean. The beds were so comfortable. If you are looking for an amazing getaway look no further. This home will not disappoint!”airbnb

“Globalement belle villa, il était juste dommage que la décoration, lit et meuble était différent des images de l’annonce. Aussi les volets des chambres très fragiles et tombaient à chaque ouverture. Il y a peu d’intimité / privacy, pas de volet à l’intérieur.”airbnb

“I would not recommend any listings managed by VacationHit Realty. In my experience, the host appeared primarily focused on financial gain and demonstrated a lack of concern for guest comfort and satisfaction. Upon arrival the central air conditioning on the first level was not working. I notified the host immediately. The host came to inspect the air conditioning around 1:30 a.m. and confirmed that there was a problem. However, it took 2 days for the air conditioning to be repaired. The host offered a partial refund if I stayed in the property. When I checked out he issued me a $200 credit on a total stay of $1,753, stating that this was in accordance with Airbnb’s policy. I requested reimbursement for half of the cost for the two days without air conditioning, but the host said he needs approval from the owner. I never heard back from him after several requests. I contacted airbnb and received an additional $80. Read house rules they want $ for electric. 78° is only suggested. 72°OK”airbnb

“Our stay was underwhelming for the price. The home had several maintenance issues, including cracked tiles, missing blinds, scuffed walls, and damaged toilet seats, which made it feel poorly maintained. The doorbell was also broken and made an irritating noise. The pool took nearly two days to heat, so we only got to enjoy it the last night, which was disappointing. The Xbox controllers had no batteries and we were told to search for AA batteries (none present), which meant the Xbox was inaccessible. The fridge filter was visibly expired. The pricing was another frustration and overpriced. We were charged an additional $67 for four guests and then another $67 to add one more, even though we were still under the maximum occupancy, and no clear explanation was given. It felt excessive and unclear. Overall, the home did not match the quality of other properties in the area. I’ve stayed in much nicer homes nearby for similar prices and would not return or recommend this property.”airbnb
