“We had a great stay! The place was exactly as the listing said and pictures were accurate. The pool was great and the view was beautiful! This is very close to several places to eat, grocery shop and even the dollar store! The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Very nice and easy. Would be nice to have extra things like bikes fishing poles etc for added fun. But overall was a good stay.”

“I truly think that the only thing that was not explained is that you have to go through the master bedroom to get to the bunk room and the garage with the washer and dryer. Other than that it was fantastic! Seen lots of fish in the canal, felt safe in the neighborhood and had plenty of room to hang out inside or out with 8 people. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.”

“Great home, very cozy and nicely laid out. Remodeling was done tastefully and the backyard and canal was perfect. We rented a boat and was very easy to dock and launch our fishing excursions from there. Ocean acess was very very close and nice deep channel the whole way. Property management was communicstive and very well run. Would love to stay again!”

“Although the location and overall home were both very nice there were some concerning maintenance issues. The left gate would hardly open even with 2 larger than average men. This was a huge inconvenience for the fact we had 3 guest and needed to use both driveways . The guest bathroom faucet was about to fall off . The hammock broke when my wife sat in due to the old dry rotted straps securing it to the tree. Aside from the lack of general upkeep there was a nosey neighbor that kept staring in house and went as far as walking in the empty lot next door to look over the gate . Lastly the pool guy showed up unexpectedly when we were all hanging out by the pool to clean it and basically made it un usable for a hour or two . You would think this could be done in between stays”
