Vacation Rentals by Candis's guest rating in Florida of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “It was last minute for us after PSJ season closed. We stay on the water there with a dock for less money. This home had several issues. Lots of light not working under house and on porch. 4th BR is a ground floor storage with no bathroom. Guest bath didn't drain right so you stood in water while bathing. Not enough seating for eating or watching tv for more than 5 people. Should maybe think about putting a queen bed in the smaller bedroom for a couples. On a positive note, the location was great 0.5 mile to boat ramp and several nice places to eat within a mile.”

“For our families first visit to Steinhatchee The Pelican Pad was a great home to stay at. It was just outside of the busy areas but close enough to be convenient for boating, dining and errands! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Steinhatchee area.”
