Upstay in Florida

“We bought a lot of groceries but unfortunately the refrigerator did not work. The a.c was also broken in the garage/play area. One of Tutt headboards was worn and peeling. Other than that the overall experience was great. The place was nice and we had a great time.”

“I loved the stay here in this beautifully decorated Airbnb. My son and I loved how clean the pool was along with the patio furniture. Everything was completely described to the T. Cell service was ok as you are near parts that are being developed; however they have great WiFi. You just have to patient so it loads. It was about 35 minutes from Disney and seaworld, which are near one another.”

“Upon arrival, we were shocked to see this was more like public housing. The only attribute that would suggest it is a resort is the pool, which was out of commission our entire stay. The whole place is quite dated. We weren’t aware that the hotel staff could not help us with anything as we rented from a third party, upstay. I messaged upstay regarding the fact that there were only 2 sets of tiny toiletries for 4 people, they told me to go to the store and purchase my own. They only provided 1 towel per person. When I spoke with them, they immediately submitted a form to cancel our reservation due to altercation! I regret not taking them up on that offer. They were literally of zero service as they were not part of this hotel. I will not call it a resort. People live here. The feeling was more like public housing to me. It’s in a very undesirable location. The area offers nothing. They have their own “store” that is so overpriced. And I found several black public hairs in our sheets!”

“Our stay was lovely! We enjoyed spending time with family and, most importantly, dropping my son off at UCF as he begins this exciting next chapter of his life. It was the perfect place to make some special memories together.🖤⚔️💛”
