“Me pareció un precio justo por la cantidad de personas que nos alojamos, la ubicación estaba bien ya que está céntrico y cerca relativamente de las tiendas, hay restaurantes cerca y todo. Lo que realmente si me desagrado es el olor a humedad, y el grado de humedad que tiene el lugar el fuertisimo, le falta algo de higiene a la cocina también. El lugar está bien para dormir y hacerte un desayuno o cena, en nuestro caso solo para eso de uso y estuvo bien. Las camas son cómodas y el baño igual bien, agua caliente y buena presión. En general le doy un 7.5/10 solo por el tema de humedad y el olor.”

“Biggest issue is the front door lock needs to be fixed. Owner has gerry rigged the door to make it lock but it isn't suitable. There is no deadbolt on the door and even when locked, the door has 2 inches of travel. Door is not secure. It moves when other residents open and close their doors. A/C was turned off remotely when we were out all day at the parks. When we got back late at night the entire apartment was 79 degrees. The apartment building is not nice. All the hallways smell very bad. For the price, the rest is you get what you pay for. This is not a luxury apartment. It has the bare minimum. All furniture is cheap. Toilet bowl isn't attached in the bathroom and moves when in use. Other amenities as far as shampoo and conditioner were not present. Positives are that the place allows pets.”

“Positives first: The location is great with tons to do and tons of restaurants around. Extremely close to universal as well which is a big plus. The cost was extremely low comparative to other options near by. Our hosts were communicative and respectful which is much appreciated. Unfortunately there were other issues with the location that prevents a 5 star rating. It took us multiple times to check into our room due to the keys being given not working. Upon entering the room we were greated by a clogged shower. Overall the location itself is great with a respectful host but the hotel itself could use some work. You get what you pay for.”
