“everything was good only bathroom needed better cleaning”

“The house is older than it looks on the pictures, a lot older... There was only half a roll of toilet paper on each of the bathrooms, no coffee filters and no paper towel, im not sure if that should be expected to be there, but nice to have. Game room needs URGENT maintenance, some of the carpentry work was falling off, some were gone already and had some nails and sharp edges splint out. besides that, everything went fine”

“The house was beautiful, the pool was great, and the location was perfect for Disney. Unfortunately, for a newer construction and the price, we were disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, there was an extremely strong marijuana smell throughout the house. We are not a smoking family and had 3 children with us, so we had to keep windows open during a very hot weekend. We also found dirty sheets in the Mickey Mouse room, a kitchen light that didn’t work, and cigarette butts/joints outside. We contacted Maria and the property manager came out, apologized, took pictures, and said cleaning would address everything. They changed the sheets and mopped, but nothing was done about the smell. We were then offered free use of the grill and later, at 10 p.m., the option to move properties. With 8 people and a 3-day Disney trip, moving wasn’t realistic. We paid for a nice home but unfortunately had a mediocre experience and would not recommend staying here.”

“Fabio’s place was not bad! We had an issue with getting into the house which took several code changes prior to us being able to make it inside, but they were responsive and prompt in fixing the matter. The Tangled room is not a bunk bed as pictured, it is two separate beds. Outside of that, it was nice!”

“Beautiful home and Maria was a great host. Responded promptly and the place looks just like the pictures. There’s many utensils like forks and spoons but I wish it was more pots and pans for cooking for a large family. We made due with what was provided but there wasn’t any trays to put anything in the oven so we used aluminum foil. Overall my family had a great time at this beautiful home.”
