“The property was clean, nicely set up, and looked as pictured. The host was responsive, and the gentleman who met us at arrival was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. No complimentary toiletries were provided, and we lost about 2½ days of access to the game room because it was extremely hot due to an AC issue. We had five children with us, so they were unable to use the room, which was a major disappointment. There was also very loud music from the neighbors from morning until night, making it difficult to relax. We were given incorrect information about parking, which caused confusion. Additionally, the main pool was closed several times because thunder was reported within 10 miles, further limiting the available amenities. Overall, the property was nice, clean, and as pictured, and the host was responsive. However, the game room issue, excessive noise, parking misinformation, and repeated pool closures significantly impacted our experience”

“Honestly, the location was good but the airbnb itself was gross, carpet was crusty, outlets didn't work, minimum toiletries, unexpected fees, little to no appliances, showers moldy and little to no water pressure. Honestly not a great airbnb for the price.”
