“The property has magnificent Gulf views. You can hear the sound of the waves 24/7. It’s an easy walk to a beautiful Beach. Sandy Beach was great with communication. The unit itself is OK, nothing stellar. It needs some TLC. The bed and sheets in master were quite good. The kitchen is nice, newer and well stocked except for some of the nonstick pans which are beyond where they can be safely used. The carpet is old, ratty and stained. Nothing I would touch with my bare feet. None of the screens to the sliders worked well and some not at all. There are other areas that need attention. I’m not going to go through them all. Could use someone who cares to go through the place to bring it back up to the standard it probably has been in the past. A keyless entry instead of a lockbox would be nice because having to constantly deal with the keys is kind of a pain and always a worry about losing. Especially if you’re at the Beach. Overall, the location is fabulous, the unit is OK.”

“Loved the condo! Very clean and well maintained. I stayed here once before but in a different condo that wasn’t maintained all that well. This one was so cozy and so much nicer with incredible views! Will definitely be coming back to this one!”

“We really enjoyed this place. UT was nice to have a kitchen that made it easy to cook in. Everything was in good condition and the pool was amazing. I highly recommend it. Sunsets are glorious and we find that not having restaurants right near us was a plus. We didnt have to smell the smells that come along with having a restaurant right there. We felt safe and the grounds were lovely. The covered parking area was a big bonus as well. We paid for 4 people and an infant and two of the adult and the infant didnt come so for two people I found it a little pricey however if you like the natural quiet beauty in a lovely condo by all means this is your place.”

“Sandy Beach was responsive to our problem upon arrival. We arrived on a 92 degree day to a non working air conditioner. Within the hour they created a solution by moving us temporarily to a unit 2 floors up, just to sleep. They said the repair person could not come until the next morning, which he did and we moved in to begin our vacation around noon the next day. A delay in our vacation but not terrible. They said the AC company could not come the evening before however the tech that came and fixed it told us he would have been happy to have come the night before, they didnt even ask him. HMMM..... The rest of the trip was very nice. If you want a secluded beach, virtually no neighbors, and drive to do anything other than on the property, it is perfect. The staff at the pool told us and others, no pool floats whatsoever, noodles only. We complied, though others fought with him. We thought it said no 'large' floats but not the case. Nice large pool. Our unit 206 had no balcony breeze.”
