We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was very spacious for my family and very comfortable. The pictures are exactly what you expect, the home is very cozy and has all the amenities needed. There’s even a few extras such as the beach wagon, beach chairs included which made this beach getaway even more perfect. The beach is very close, less than a 5 minute walk. We truly enjoyed our stay here and are already looking forward to the next time we can stay here.

Amazing location! Directly across the street from the public beach access. Having Publix right next door was great. Wonderful view from the balcony. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans, but other than that it was very functional. Larger than the pictures indicate. All and all a great stay.

The house itself was in a great location, and was exactly what the pictures looked like in Moore. My issue stemmed from a faulty fire alarm incident where the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and could only be turned off by firefighters. The firefighters said it was something on their end, and even agreed that we be compensated. I called four several times and was told an untrue timeline of when I would hear back about the approval for compensation. I just accepted that I would never hear back, because aside from when you call them, you’re always just hearing from an AI bot. The communication was not great due to that, and I’m still frustrated about not hearing back either way about compensation.

My complaints are in keeping with some of the previous reviews, which I inquired about with the host before my stay and was assured were resolved. They were not. It smelled like cigarettes, there were very few cleaning supplies, the kitchen was poorly stocked, there were cockroaches in the kitchen.. In terms of the quality of the stay-the amenities were very low grade. Scratchy sheets, visibly old and worn towels, single ply toilet paper and paper towels, dirty back yard.. Communication with the host about these issues was also dysfunctional-half of the responses were AI generated, the other half ignored or only half responded to the issues I raised. In more than 10 years of using Airbnb I’ve never left a bad review. Here, because of the cost of the stay-I felt it was warranted. The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the location-the beach across the street is beautiful. But there are dozens of hotels in the area that are cheaper and offer the same. TLDR: don’t stay here

We had a great stay overall. The property itself was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and very well located. It was close to everything we needed, which made getting around easy and convenient. The space was well maintained and matched the photos, so there were no surprises when we arrived. The only drawback was the communication with the host. Responses were inconsistent and often didn’t address the specific questions we asked. Many replies felt automated or generated, which made it a little frustrating when trying to get clear information. A bit more attentive and personalized communication would have made the experience even better. That said, the property itself was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. With improved communication, this would easily be a perfect experience.
