“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. While the property looks beautiful in the photos, the actual cleanliness and condition were far below what we expected and paid for. We encountered cockroaches 🪳and had to kill them on daily basis. The floors were so dirty that our feet/socks became black from walking on them, and there were visible layers of dust throughout the property. The terrace also had visible mold/mildew. The host offered to have the property sprayed during our stay, but due to health concerns and the chemicals involved, we could not safely remain in the property during treatment. After spending nearly $5,000, we were offered only $217 as compensation for the “inconvenience.” Additionally, there were not enough basic supplies/disposables provided to comfortably last even two days. We hope the host addresses these issues with professional pest control and a thorough deep cleaning before future guests arrive.”

“This home was perfect for our family vacation! The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook in comfort! The pool was amazing and the pool alarm gave us peace of mind with our little ones! The golf cart was a nice added touch too!! We will stay here again!”

“Great home. Worked well for our two families with small children. Plenty of space, bedrooms/bathrooms, and separate living areas so everyone was comfortable. And the pool was great! Location was perfect for us too. Very close to the beach and walkable to a few great restaurants - which was perfect with littles.”

“It is a amazing house with more than enough space but there was a few things that could’ve been better. First one of the small bedrooms bed frame was broken I told them and never responded. Second the coffee table in the living room was also broken with screws everywhere this they did pick it up the next day but even the staff member said that it look like it was fix a couple of times. Then we couldn’t use the bikes because they didn’t know the code they say they will help us but never did and yes I signed all the waivers and everything and it was for nothing. It’s a nice house but the communication was not that good. Specially when you pay over $2200 for 3 nights. Oh and they won’t communicate with you trough the Airbnb app they will send you messages to your phone even when you tell them to do everything through the app.”
