“The place overall is a good place, but there were many problems. The jacuzzi was not hot, gym gear is rusted and the gym area is hot as ac doesn't work. The pool was also very dirty. Toilet in master bedroom continued to run and when reported, maintenance men came to fix it but couldn't find the problem. Fire alarms went off due to a dead battery in one of the many units with no way to shut off until maintenance came two hours later. The place is also for sale, so you may be asked to allow for a showing.”

“This home is absolutely stunning and looks even better than the photos. Even the internal architectural detail and millwork is so intricate and gorgeous. The house was very spacious and we comfortably fit 20 people. Brandon gave us an email and a phone number to call if we needed anything during our stay but we had no issues while we were there. He also gave clear instructions beforehand that were easy to follow.”

“We enjoyed a magical time at Brandon’s place. Everything was as described except for missing forks and a broken coffee maker (which Brandon promptly replaced the next morning). Could’ve used a welcome manual for instructions on -how to lower the shades in the master bedroom -which kayaks, paddles boards, we were supposed to use and which ones off limits to us (our keys had access to all) -that the refrigerator needs 20 seconds to reset after closing to reopen. Would stay here again! Very open and comfortable common spaces. Made our family celebration very special.”
