This place has the most gorgeous view! Well stocked with everything you need. A totally relaxing experience. Would stay again

This is a perfect place for 2 people. My wife and I had a kid free long weekend. Area is awesome. Walkable to the beach. The Seahorse and Brass Monkey are delicious and walkable. There is also a very good ice cream place. The pros defiantly outweigh the cons for this place. Place is very clean. They also offer beach chairs, towels, and a small cooler which was awesome. Our beach umbrella was broken which I reported right away. Host said he would get us a new one, but it never happened, though we really didn’t need it. Pool area is very nice and pool is very well taken care of. The biggest downside is the walls are pretty thin. We could hear both people in the surrounding units and up above us. Otherwise this place is perfect for 2 and we will definitely stay again if we ever get the chance.

The home was very clean when we arrived, stocked as it stated in the description (dishes, cutlery, beach supplies etc). Enjoyed how close beach access was and location was great. Rooms were comfortable and fit three adults well. Spent a very fun week there!

First, the location cannot be more ideal for the price. You’e right on Central Ave and walking distance from tons of places to eat, drink, or have fun. Also, short driving distance from all the main St Pete attractions. The Airbnb itself is nice. Two huge windows overlooking the street (great for people-watching). Two TVs so you can be entertained on the bed or living room area. Very spacious kitchen. Cool decor and overall just a cozy vibe. Great place to chill. There was free, easy to find parking behind the building, shared by some businesses on the block. Quick walk to get to the main entrance. The only reason the unit loses one star for me is the temperature control (especially the bathroom). The wall AC unit and two large fans don’t distribute cool air evenly for some reason. My wife could tolerate it, but it bothered me. The bathroom temp was particularly uncomfortable for us. But… overall, we had a wonderful time! Would we return? Absolutely… but during cooler months

Location was excellent. Easy to get into the property. Host never responded to multiple messages in the week leading up to the stay about adjusting checkin time, tho I still received their automated comms.

Nice place as described. Perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants. Large family of guests on floor above made for constant noise. Towels appeared old, worn, and stained. Almost zero hot water in shower which host has yet to respond to.

I was glad to find there were no bugs as mentioned by a previous guest. It was a small space as described. Had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. Beautiful location and convenient to the beach and a few restaurants. The check in was the most complicated that I have experienced. I have been staying in Airbnbs for 11 years. They just kept sending me the same response every time I had a question. There were contracts to sign, parking was so complicated and you have to send a photo of your ID so he can get a permit for your stay. Then you have to wait for that to get approved. All hard to do when you are sweating in the Florida sun. While I was rushing to pack up an hour before check out, the owner banged on my door and dropped of a lamp. Thought that was very strange.

Brandon is the absolute worst host I have ever encountered, I have made a mistake booking his property for my employee on our business trip. When arrived, there were gnats everywhere due to large trash bins right outside in the back, or we believe that is why they were everywhere. Dead roaches and dirty floor. Brandon was notified, photos were provided, and his immediate response was: accusing me of lying, aggressive behavior, he sent someone over to the apartment to clean up and take photos for airbnb to tell them that we were lying. What i should have done is look up his company name online before booking since i can no longer trust Airbnb ratings. His company has 1 star on many platforms, and reviews seem to be in line with my experience. We have vacated his slum apartment right away, and airbnb wasn’t able to provide a refund in this situation because i myself made a mistake booking it for an employee, and that is where Brandon held onto a technicality to keep his payment. Space was very small. Bathroom toilet incredibly uncomfortable and tight quarters. When entering the unit there was a gross rancid fish smell. Tracked it to the kitchen sink and realized the disposal was broken and the previous tenet threw fish down the drain so the entire unit smelled like rotten fish. Had to use the drain stopper to block them smell which made the main sink unusable. We arrive in the dark and had check out the next morning. I borrowed a beach chair to sit on the beach and enjoy the views for a little bit but got yelled at though the messaging app and was informed they were spying on me and watched me leave with the chair on some camera and demanded I bring the chair back immediately. And cheap window ac unit was situated right next to the fold down bed ( about 10” from my head) which made sleeping difficult. Over all I’d never go back to this hosts property.

Great location, but people should know the following before booking: - Host unresponsive to 3 of 4 messages (average AirBnB response time is 8 hrs). Did not bother with further communication. - Cleaners stopped halfway through job. Floors still wet and deck covered in sand and strewn with beach gear. - Linens and blankets grimy, had to re-wash ourselves. - Upholstery covered with greasy film from years of not being cleaned (or replaced). Draped with towels to use. Rug also stained and grimy. - Closets stuffed with junk, limited useful storage. - Entire place in state of extreme neglect and disrepair, e.g., hardware dangling from the wall or taped on, no hot water in 1/2 BA, non-working remote, abundant rust and scratches, shoddy workmanship (if at all). Clearly spending as little money as possible on the property. - Sometimes enjoyed hearing the live music across the street but guests should know there is loud music most afternoons and until 10:00 pm 5-6 nights a week.
