“Listing said, “renovated” and “free use of kayaks”. NO KAYAKS available. NextHome Realty (designated host rep) first told me kayaks weren’t even in the listing, then a different representative for NextHome said the listing was there, but had to be removed for liability. Renovations???—Have to make your own ice and transfer from a countertop icemaker to the refrigerator freezer for each cup full it makes every 10 minutes. Stove knobs are so worn they’re not legible and takes an extended time just to boil water. Shower drain issues , etc. I was there five days and spent a portion of 4 days working through a revolving door of Airbnb customer service reps. I dealt with at least five reps who needed to be re-educated on the same issue each time. This property is truly someone trying to put lipstick on a pig. I’ve stayed at many different units on this property and have never had issues. In the end AirBnb refunded a token sum while the owner accepted zero responsibility. BEWARE!!!”

“The trip started out great. There was an issue with the shower & water was leaking into the 1st floor. The owner was rightly angry but yelled at my mother like it was her fault. The plumbers were there for 3 hours the next day & we had a working bathroom. There were other minor stuff like a flicking kitchen night or mixed messages on check out notification that weren’t detrimental, but annoying. Until the last night. Apartment became increasingly warm. Thermostat went blank for a while & came back on to show the apartment at 79 degrees. I made a report on their QR code report & a lady reached out to me. They needed to bring someone out to fix the AC but we had a sunset cruise that was already booked and couldn’t be there to watch the AC be fixed. The lady talked it over with the owner and let me know that the owner would go with AC guy to get it fixed. We got back 9:30pm and it was 80 degrees. No confirmation the owner came & we didn’t bother staying. It was too hot & suffocating. 0/10”

“Good location, quite complex. Condo was clean, spacious living rm for the family. Highly recommend new mattresses and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I rented this condo because it had a washer & dryer, no clarification it was a single unit. Clothes came out so wrinkled and never fully dry. Price was great until you added all the inflated fees.”
