NextHome Beach Time Realty

NextHome Beach Time Realty's guest rating of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the view overlooking the canal was beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the entire trip was getting to see manatees right from the property—we saw them everywhere throughout our stay! 🐋❤️ The location was peaceful, relaxing, and gave us such a unique Florida experience. Being able to sit by the balcony or relaxing on the lounge chairs, while watching the canal and spotting manatees was truly unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Repeat customer. Location is perfect. Love how we could walk out our back door straight onto the beach. So peaceful watching and hearing the ocean from the back yard. All amenities were exactly what we needed.

Stayed here for a few days to visit my brother and we loved it! Such a good location. We loved watching the manatees and walking across the street to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Listing said, “renovated” and “free use of kayaks”. NO KAYAKS available. NextHome Realty (designated host rep) first told me kayaks weren’t even in the listing, then a different representative for NextHome said the listing was there, but had to be removed for liability. Renovations???—Have to make your own ice and transfer from a countertop icemaker to the refrigerator freezer for each cup full it makes every 10 minutes. Stove knobs are so worn they’re not legible and takes an extended time just to boil water. Shower drain issues , etc. I was there five days and spent a portion of 4 days working through a revolving door of Airbnb customer service reps. I dealt with at least five reps who needed to be re-educated on the same issue each time. This property is truly someone trying to put lipstick on a pig. I’ve stayed at many different units on this property and have never had issues. In the end AirBnb refunded a token sum while the owner accepted zero responsibility. BEWARE!!!

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect. The pool overlooking the bay was awesome for my wife and I and our two young sons. It even had a nice gazebo to sit under with plenty of shade for our infant. The building was family friendly and we didnt have any problems with noisy neighbors. Also only steps away from getting over to the beach to watch a nice sunset. Easy parking The only reason for lack of 5 stars was that the interior could have used a little touch up and care. Things like missing vertical blinds in the front window that everyone walked by and could see into our unit. Main couch was very sunken in and not very comfortable. sliding shower doors really hard to operate. scuffs everywhere on wood trim. Hole in the wall under the TV which looked like they maybe used to run a wire through but never covered up. Nothing that really impacted our overall experience all that much, but really just quality type things that should be addressed to take it up to the 5 star level.

Had major issues with check in. No check in instructions for the door code was emailed or Text or. I tried contacting airbnb to reach hosts and calling the number provided for office. Neither were communicating back. Finally After over an hour we received code. Bad communication and no offers of refund for us getting checked in after 5 pm due to them not sending instructions over. Place was spacious, we loved the pool and dock area. Everything else about stay was great. Just know you will be dealing with hosts who dont respond, and dont care to fix mistakes on their behalf.

The home had evidence of long term termite issues and damage. There were live termites in our children’s bedroom when we arrived. They had the room cleaned but that doesn’t fix live termites. The response from the vacation company was “ this is common in Florida and they had it treated prior to your arrival.” We were never informed prior. They also said our teen girls could sleep on the futon next to the front door. There was termite damage in the front room as well as all around the outside. There was also an over rude on the ac unit that would only let in go below 77 degrees for 30 minutes before it flipped back up to 78. We will not stay here or with this company again. Run from this listing!
