“Overall, a great stay. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around the area, and access to the pool was a great amenity! The property was spacious, clean and well stocked upon arrival, and Jessie was very organized and efficient with the rental paperwork and check-in process. There were a few issues that impacted our experience. The oven was not available for guest use during our stay, which was frustrating and limited our ability to prepare meals as planned. To the host's credit, Jessie apologized for the inconvenience and provided a small credit in recognition of the issue. The home also effectively had only one usable entrance because the lock on the second door was broken, and only one key was provided, making it very inconvenient as there were 4 of us coming and going. This lock was fixed 5 days into our stay. 🙂  Additionally, the ice maker was not working during our stay. Great property, but guests may want to confirm that these issues have been resolved.”
