The Sunshine Stay in Florida

“Well, this stay was interesting to say the least. - The first issue was that the water didn’t work in the unit for like 3 days when we first got there. - There were multiple occurrences of cockroaches appearing in the unit. We notified Cony a bunch of times, and she stated that they would take measures to make these occurrences decrease but no change occurred. Eventually, after finding roaches IN OUR CLOTHES after putting them on, I had to demand that we be moved somewhere else. After this, our stay was great and we were able to move to another place without any more issues. The finding roaches in my shirt after I put it on just did it for me…”

“This location was wonderful. Centrally located to food, shopping, and a Great Lake for walking/running for those who like to do so. Inside was cozy and had everything I needed from relaxation to preparing a meal to eat. Would definitely return in the future if needed.”

“My stay was for 33 days I’m not an outdoor person. The container vibe was not ideal for me and the grass did not get cut regularly so I was afraid of snakes constantly. Inside I had to fight off water bugs, crickets and ants as well as wasp outdoors so I cut my stay short and only stayed 2 weeks”
