The Sunshine Stay

“Have had two extended stays at Cony's place and both have been great. It's in a convenient location, close to downtown Lakeland that has really been updated over the years to a delightful small town feeling area with lots to do and see. Excellent restaurants downtown as well as some beautiful older architecture. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. It's also locally between Tampa and Orlando without the traffic and crowds.”

“The unit was clean. Although, it says it has wifi, it is shared wi-fi. The wi-fi is shared with other units. and is very unstable and unusable, especially if working remotely. It only had an extender in the unit. There is no shared laundry facility. The area surrounding it can be very sketchy, and at times felt unsafe. There is a sewer outside the door in the grass that often had water coming out which had a very bad smell. The gate to the property was difficult and honestly was annoying to open and close just to be able to leave and park.”

“This place was definitely worth the price of our stay. There was a lot of space which we really liked. The place was very clean and easy to use. The only negative was the sink not having hot water to wash the dishes but other than that the place was great.”

“Zero stars if I could… I spoke to Angela and told her I saw bugs and roaches in the unit first day in units and instead of her to be honest and professional she blamed me for the bug infestation even though I just moved to Florida 1 day prior to check in. After pest control comes she then changes her statement to say, “ this is Florida you will rarely ever not this bugs and roaches inside home rentals. I Went two days without A/c in this Florida heat.”
