“Whenever I visit Miami, I typically stay in this general area & have stayed on the residential side of YOTEL several times over the years. I love the convenience of the location! The apartment itself was nice, clean, inviting, & for the most part, pretty quiet. However, it could use a little TLC, particularly some paint touch-ups & attention to a few fixtures. I did experience an issue with the bedroom AC vent not functioning properly. While the host was initially responsive, maintenance stopped by without any prior notice while I was asleep. A quick heads-up beforehand would have been appreciated. The host did apologize & acknowledge my concern, but unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during my stay. A few small additions would also make the space more comfortable, such as a shower caddy or shelf for toiletries. A full-length mirror would also be a nice touch! Overall, a pleasant stay in a good location but I do think communication, maintenance & details could be improved.”

“Overall we had a great stay. The location was excellent, walking distance to many places. Communication was good as well. We had an issue with the blinds not working and nobody came to fix after we requested, floors could have used a vacuum as well. But aside from that we had a good stay. Facilities like the gym and pool were nice and everyone was friendly.”

“Free parking close by was not the case. We checked in and the parking pass was lost. We did still get free parking but it was a ten minute walk from the parking garage back to the air bnb. Thankfully it was good weather. Once alternate parking was made there was no other effort to get us in the correct parking garage during our two day stay.”

“Encontré cucarachas, deteriorado el departamento, viejo y sucio. Para subir y bajar las valijas te cobran par subir 30 dólares para bajarlas 40 dólares. Tenes que tomar dos ascensores y se complica mucho si tenes valijas. La verdad no vale la pena estar departamento, nunca mas paro ahí, hay muchas opciones en la zona.Las fotos no es la realidad.”

“I did not like that the water does not get hot. It’s like like warm And it came with everything but a microwave so I could never rewarm my food that I spent money on. And it’s way smaller than the pics presented. Also there was no access to the laundry like states in the photos”
