“I did not like that the water does not get hot. It’s like like warm And it came with everything but a microwave so I could never rewarm my food that I spent money on. And it’s way smaller than the pics presented. Also there was no access to the laundry like states in the photos”

“Maids were very pushy at check out and surprise spoke 0 English, I am wounded badly from war while they mumble and have the hozt call me after 10 mins. I had ti sleep in the couch because the bottom of the bed had some sort of issue snd I didn’t want to r blamed for. Relly reLly inconvenient”

“Very nice B&B and looked exactly like the photos shown. I just wish they responded a little quicker. It took 15 hours just to get more washcloths because they only provided 1 single washcloth and 5 towels. Hopefully, the next guest won’t have to go through that and that they have an appropriate amount of washcloths for their guests. Overall, a very nice place to stay.”

“If I could give a 0/5 stars I would, if you wanna stay at a place with bed bugs this is the place to be. You think that would be the worst of it later I found out that the room doesn’t lock so when we left anybody could have walked in. When I told them they had bed bugs they offer to bring a cleaner by, now I’m not a bug enthusiast but I’m pretty sure they needed an exterminator. I found out about the bed bugs a 3am, every time I talked to person they told me someone would be by in the morning. We waited until 12pm and still no one came by and later it hit 3pm and we booked a new hotel. Airbnb was no help, told me they would book me a room around 7 am and we were still in a bed bugs infested room until 3pm waiting around. And yes we did check the room before we got there and I check the crevices of the mattress but I didn’t see anything. On top of everything the room doesn’t look like the picture and the towels were dirty. They played around with our refund and nobody speak English 🤨”

“Great little place near public transport. Clean and comfortable. It has a late check in (4pm) and wasn’t ready which was a disappointment, but the bigger issue was that it had no coffee pot, hot water kettle or coffee mugs!”

“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay while I was initially very excited about this trip, my experience upon arrival was quite frustrating due to several significant issues. First, there was a lack of clear communication regarding the check-in process. I was not aware that I would need to download a specific app to access my floor and enter the apartment. This caused an unnecessary "headache" during my arrival. Furthermore, I encountered issues with the parking fees. We were informed that parking would be $25; however, we were charged $52. Additionally, we were told that if we moved our vehicle, we would be required to pay the fee again, which was not made clear to us beforehand. Most concerningly, when we finally accessed the apartment, it had not been cleaned. I spoke with the housekeeper, who stated that she not informedof a reservation. I believe these issues reflect a need for much better communication and improvement.”

“The mattress on the bed NEEDS to be changed!! It sinks terribly on both ends. I had to sleep on the chair in the living for my entire stay due to waking up with severe back pain the first night. So I paid all that money to sleep on a chair.”

“ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. This was hands down the worst, most disgusting travel experience of my life. The property has a severe, rampant bed bug infestation. I woke up covered from head to toe in painful, itchy welts. When I contacted the host about this literal health hazard, they were completely useless, wildly unprofessional, and utterly ignored the crisis. They left me stranded in a biohazard zone with zero accountability or help. Their complete lack of basic human decency and care for guest safety is staggering. Sleeping on the street would have been safer and cleaner than this biohazard. Save yourself the trauma, the medical bills, and the ruined luggage. Avoid this place at all costs. Id give it 0/5 if i could. DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE!!!”

“Extremely great stay for a reasonable price. The view was amazing, I would definitely return BUT the only 2 things I had an issue with is the facility charged me 2 different times for parking instead of giving me the option to pay for overnight. Lastly I waited an hour to get my car from valet, overall the stay was nice and pleasant”
