“Our recent stay in Tampa while visiting our son in college and helping him move into his apartment was great overall. We really enjoyed the house and liked all of the accommodations. The only drawback for us was that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, and the stairs are quite steep. If you have bad knees or difficulty with stairs, this may not be the best choice for you. There is also only one very small bathroom upstairs for all three bedrooms. The house has a beautiful, spacious bathroom downstairs, but because of the stairs, we weren’t able to use it conveniently without having to go up and down frequently. Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we had a very nice stay.”

“The host was amazingly responsive. We had no problem with communication. The pictures do make the place appear to be bigger than what it actually is. It’s really close to stores. The neighborhood is really quiet. The main problem we had with the location is when you turn down the AC, the unit smells of mold or like something is dead inside the wall. I contacted the host, and the response was they never heard it before.”

“The house was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming upon our arrival. We especially enjoyed the spacious yard and the quiet neighborhood, while still being conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and stores. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. We would gladly recommend it to others.”
