Brightwild reviews in Tampa, Florida

“The photos of this unit make it appear as though it is facing the “neighborhood” side of the building but in actuality it is facing the alley and the a/c units servicing the entire building are directly outside the bedroom window. I asked if I could get an upstairs unit on the “street side” of the building as was told they could not accommodate. Furthermore, there was no hot water in the kitchen and the dryer ran for 2 hours and didn’t dry what we had out in there! Much needed improvement for the price! Would not recommend staying here.”

“The place was convenient in Davis Island. The check in was painful. The door lock did not open and after several calls we entered the house through the Garage. We waited for an hour and half past midnight to get in the house. The house was very warm when we entered and the controls were locked. For temperature changes we had to communicate with the host which was never mentioned in any instruction. The photos of the exterior pool and pool area did not match what was shown on Airbnb. The seats and cushions had mold all over them. The pots and pans were smaller in size to accommodate cooking for 10 people. The house also lacked basic necessities like salt and sugar.”
