“Place looks nice in pictures but it seemed AI generated. Locks either broke or did not work. Pool did not heat. My brother was standing on pool ledge and whole ledge fell apart. Couch was ripped open and had stains on it. A ton of trash was also in the pool, house was maybe 1/5th finished. We counted 1 smoke detector. 3 wild roosters kept entering backyard and bite my brother. Railing to stairs almost ripped off. Quite a place we’ll say”
