“Impeccably clean bathrooms and linens, that’s the only positive. Everything else is a misrepresentation. The photos are misleading and hide significant wear: dirty, damaged walls with visible holes, a burnt-out front porch light, and an overall lack of maintenance. The house smells musty, with noticeable humidity that raises concerns about mold. The popcorn ceilings and AC vents show visible buildup that looks like dust or mildew. There were only two forks in the kitchen upon arrival. I reported it immediately and was told utensils would be ordered, but nothing was resolved during my stay. For a $3,400 week rental, that’s unacceptable! I had to buy my own. One bed is propped up on boxes to prevent it from collapsing. This property looks good in photos but fails in reality. Poor management and zero attention to detail. Not recommended!”

“모든 것이 리스팅과 동일하였으며 동네가 안전하고 평화로왔습니다. 걸어서 월마트와 판다익스프레스, 맥도널드를 이용할 수 있는 환경도 무척 좋았습니다. 필요한 물건이 있거나 수선이 필요한 부분에 빠르게 응답해주셔서 편리하게 이용하여 거의 한달간의 체류에 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 다음 기회에 또 머물고 싶어요.”

“We were 4 adults getting away from the freezing cold north. This home was in the perfect location for exploring Tampa. The home was just as shown in pictures. The kitchen was great for cooking in - which we did a lot. It was stocked well with utensils and small appliances in addition to the usuals. We slept well in the beds that were used. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood in close proximity to grocery stores and some restaurants. The host was very responsive. We even got to enjoy some mini apples from the back yard. We would definitely stay again.”

“Overall it was a decent home they provided enough towels, pool care and lawn care during our stay. I was a little disgusted with their bathrooms they weren't that clean there was stained pee on the floor and the cushions on the patio looked like they had mildew. I wound't stay again.”
