“We stayed for my birthday week-9 days 😊. Home was as described. Host(s) were responsive to any needs. Great location-shopping, restaurants, private, clean. Clearwater Beach, Tampa, & St. Petersburg were all about 25-30 min away. The back patio, pool/spa area was amazing and my favorite part of the home 🥰. We most definitely felt at home here and would stay again 💖”

“If you are looking for a good base for exploring this area then this is perfect. The property is in a peaceful location with good access and local amenities such as Walmart and Publix only a few minutes drive away. The decked area is stunning with views across the water and we even had a frequent visit of dolphins swimming past throughout our stay. The kayaks and safety equipment are a big plus too. The property is well stocked and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Basics such as kitchen towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and the like are provided too, along with plenty of pods for the coffee machine. Overall a fantastic place to stay and we would have no hesitation in returning when visiting the area again.”

“I’ve switched back forth between Marriott and gambling on AirBnbs for some time. I feel like often the photos of the property are nice, but underwhelming when you arrive. Cheap furniture, cheap appliances, uncomfortable bedding. You can generally see where they staged for photos and then the rest of the house. This property was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The home is as seen in the pictures, the beds are comfortable, the shower and theater room are great, and the grill was great. Book with confidence.”

“Terrible stay. Unable to lock door. Messaged host, no response. Never responded to messages. After check out, said that they had missing towels. No one is going to take those old stained towels. I went to Target to purchase my own towels. Terrible stay.”

“Impeccably clean bathrooms and linens, that’s the only positive. Everything else is a misrepresentation. The photos are misleading and hide significant wear: dirty, damaged walls with visible holes, a burnt-out front porch light, and an overall lack of maintenance. The house smells musty, with noticeable humidity that raises concerns about mold. The popcorn ceilings and AC vents show visible buildup that looks like dust or mildew. There were only two forks in the kitchen upon arrival. I reported it immediately and was told utensils would be ordered, but nothing was resolved during my stay. For a $3,400 week rental, that’s unacceptable! I had to buy my own. One bed is propped up on boxes to prevent it from collapsing. This property looks good in photos but fails in reality. Poor management and zero attention to detail. Not recommended!”
