“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Sunny Isles Beach! The unit was spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and beautiful views of the intercoastal. We enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets on the enormous balcony, and were lucky enough to catch dolphins playing in the water on several occasions. The building is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the grocery store (Publix), several convenience stores (CVS and gas stations), and many cute cafes and restaurants. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and we appreciated the wagon, towels, and beach chairs provided by the host! The building also offers a good-sized, heated swimming pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly. There is a school with a community park across the street, and another playground just a few blocks away. We frequented both with our 2.5 year old son. We absolutely loved the unit, building and location! Would stay again in a heartbeat :)”
