“I would not stay here again. Upon arrival, I saw a huge roach in the lobby. The floor where the apartment was located was loud, with grocery carts throughout the hallway. The apartment itself was fairly clean, but the walls were dirty and it needed updates. A woman was sleeping on a lobby bench with her belongings overnight and was still there the next morning. On another night, we saw what appeared to be people using drugs in their cars and people roaming around outside. I felt unsafe, especially when staying alone. The worst part was the final night. I returned from work around 2 a.m. and couldn’t enter the building because the entry keypad was out of service. No one was able to get me inside, so I had to sleep in my car until shortly after 9 a.m. Being locked out for roughly seven hours overnight was unacceptable. Between the building conditions, safety concerns, and lack of reliable access, I cannot recommend this stay.”

“The place itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. My only frustration was with the communication and flexibility around checkout. I asked ahead of time about a late checkout and was initially told it would depend on availability, so I was left waiting for an answer until the last minute, when I was told it wasn’t possible because the cleaning crew was already scheduled. I also asked about leaving our luggage in the storage area after checkout and was told we could only leave it until 1 PM, even though we needed storage until around 4 PM. I completely understand that late checkout isn’t always possible, but clearer communication earlier on and a little more accommodation with luggage storage would have made the experience much better. Otherwise, the property itself was beautiful.”
