“I stayed at this Airbnb for a month, so I feel I can give a fair review. The unit is very small, as shown in the photos, and the location is good, close to Coral Gables and Little Havana. The hosts were nice and responsive, and the included parking spot was convenient. I also felt my vehicle was safe. However, the property has a serious insect issue. Mosquitoes entered quickly if the door was open for even a few seconds, and I constantly saw ants, centipedes, and what I believe may have been termites. There were many insect wings on the kitchen table, and on my third day I found a large dead cockroach on the stove. The bed was not very comfortable, and the sheets did not feel like good-quality hotel linens. The bathroom had good water pressure and temperature, but limited storage, a rotten wood smell from the door, and leaves/debris coming through the fan. Overall, I liked the hosts, but I wish the property was better maintained. I would only recommend it for a very short stay.”

“The stay was very comfortable, cozy and clean! The apartment was really nice but it did have a weird smell when we first got there but it wasn’t too bad. I didn’t see any specific instructions to where to put the dirty towels and rags so I just left them on the floor in the corner by the bathroom. All trash was taken out. Thank you for having us we enjoyed our stay and I will definitely recommend you to other travelers!”
