Manager Review

Stay homes FL

Stay homes FL's guest rating of 4.50 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

The Airbnb was ok for my needs , it wasn’t my original booking with them, they changed it because what I originally paid for wasn’t available even tho it let me book on Airbnb. Honestly I was downgraded from my first choice! bit outdated random hair in beds not cleaned well. but close to everything and safe neighborhood. Not cleaned well blonde, & red hair in the beds and on the couch. The bathroom ceiling started leaking bad during the rainy week created a puddle on the ceiling. Handy man Lot of noises, thin walls from the other apartments. fire alarms kept going off in the building, dogs constantly barking, and the WiFi went out for two days. We needed it for work and there was no TV. Was quite exhausting to get prompt responses. So we had to go out and buy a $100 WiFi box at Walmart. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for the amount of days & guest, the beds aren’t comfortable literally my whole groups back and hips hurt the living room couch pull out is terrible VERY LOW TO THE GROUN

Overall, I had a decent stay. The place was nice and matched the general listing, although it felt a bit smaller in person than the pictures made it seem. When I arrived, I noticed some stains on the bed sheets, which wasn’t the best first impression. Communication with the host was okay but responses were a little slow at times. The check-in instructions and directions were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d rate my stay a 7/10. With a little more attention to cleanliness and quicker communication, it could be an even better experience.

We had a great time. Everything was clean, the bedrooms were great. We stayed 10 days and can't wait to go back.

The location was great and the place was clean and good. Only bad thing is that the host didn’t help with problems that I told him about in the end and the house was flooding towards the last few days which I told him about and he didn’t say anything.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The only reason it got 1 star is because that’s the lowest possible. When we arrived, the smell was unbearable and the place looked filthy. The beds appeared dirty, and there was no way I was letting myself or my child sleep there, so we left immediately. When I told the host, he became defensive instead of trying to help. He kept sending photos of how the property was supposed to look, but those photos didn’t match what we found. The biggest issue was the odor, and you can’t take a picture of a smell. I paid over $1,000 for a place I never stayed in. After the host insisted it was “clean,” I drove back and found the front door wide open with the rugs outside airing out. That only confirmed my concerns. There were also people loitering outside the property, which added to the uncomfortable and unsafe feeling of the stay. Save yourself the money, skip this property, and book somewhere else

If you value sleep and basic hygiene, avoid this place. I had an extremely unpleasant stay—cockroaches were a serious issue. One literally crawled onto my face while I was sleeping, and I was up the entire night after that. The next day, I found another one in the bathroom. When I called the owner to report it, his response was just “okay,” with no concern or action. What’s worse is that I later noticed a review from 2 years ago mentioning the same cockroach problem—clearly, nothing has been done since. The check-in time is 4 PM, and checkout is 11 AM, which is already inconvenient. I requested just a 30-minute extension, but it was denied. On top of that, the owner was hovering outside from 10:30 AM, making sure we left exactly at 11, which felt rude and uncomfortable. We were so uneasy about the infestation that we barely used anything in the Airbnb. For $100 a night, this was by far the worst experience—I genuinely regret not choosing another place.
