“Our stay was fantastic! Not only is the property located very close to the beach, but it is a stone's throw to multiple restaurants and bars, shopping, live music etc. Our unit was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, to include beach accessories. The pool was private and very pretty, and we enjoyed the poolside games. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!”

“These condos sit in the perfect location at Pass-a-grille Beach. It’s a short walk across the street to the best beach in Florida. Everything is close by and walkable. You can’t go wrong with the location. It was the perfect size for one person would stay here again and again.”

“Unfortunately booking his place was a horrible mistake. Host was quick to accept my booking and then sent me a message telling me to send my email for my information on how to get into the house. 30 minutes from the house I still never received information so I messaged him again. He never sent it. I , my husband and child never got in and to had to sleep in our car after several hours trying to contact him and Airbnb tired as well it was 3am in the morning when we have up . Traumatic experience because I had my child with me . Details on how to get it should not be able to be given this way !”

“This place is cute! I'm a sucker for historic charm and they've managed to keep a lot of it- wood floors, exposed brick, beadboard walls, etc. But the location is the real star- it is walkable to shops, restaurants, & the beach. The apartment does not have a dishwasher or oven & the sink is small, but it has everything else you would need. Minor complaints: a few of our dishes needed re-cleaning upon arrival, the couch could use replacing as it is worn and itchy, & there could be more hooks to hang towels, etc. Our main issue was we woke up at 5am on our last day to a leak directly above the bed & water dripping on my husband's face. We told the owner & he responded, "Thank you for bringing this to my attention" a few hours later. That's all. No apologies, no offer to remediate. So we didn't sleep much after that & our morning was kind of a wash. We put down towels to try & help, sent photos of the leak, & left early. I understand things happen but customer service goes a long way.”
