“My group and I loved staying at Waves 18 in St Pete’s Beach. The location is perfect just 3 blocks from the beach and lots of little shops in town. The apartment has easy to check in and out key-less code entry. Both bedrooms and the bathroom were a good size. Living room featuring Bose sound bar and multiple seating areas in addition to the sofa bed. Quiet family area. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in St Pete’s area.”

“One thing to note is if you are getting a flight before 4pm check in time, there is no early check in or bag drop off, we had to take our luggage to the beach. We had asked to sit in the pool area while we waited and they never answered. Another thing to note is they legit give you supplies for 24 hours, they gave us 1 toilet paper roll, 1 garbage bag, for a 6 day stay. I’ve never had this issue with other airbnbs that I’ve paid less for so I thought this was interesting. Otherwise, quick walk to the beach and they have beach supplies for you. Few restaurants in walking distance. Place was clean and nice. Beautiful sunsets right around the corner.”

“We will never stay at a property that is managed by Distinctive again. So much misinformation. I contacted them before arrival and asked if there would be beach towels, I was told yes. When we arrived no beach towels. After speaking with them they did nothing to accommodate the mistake, just saying "sorry" no beach towels. The Property manager had to come by to help us with the cable. She contacted the cleaning service and said they'd leave some larger bath towels on the outside door later and we could use those. They were never left! I was told no hair dryers, so I purchased one. When we arrived there were two hairdryers there! More misinformation! The bathroom shower curtain was filthy with stains and dust/dirt everywhere on the bedroom floor. This was NOT worth over $300 a night. We have stayed in the same condo complex several times before with a different owner and had a much better experience than with this one. They also want you to use a portal instead of the Airbnb Website.”
