great location with a short walk to the beach. it was spacious and very comfortable. With the beach chairs, cart and bikes, we enjoyed our weekend immensely.

The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located right on the beach. It also wasn’t far from restaurants or grocery stores, which made everything super easy. The pools were nice as well and the location overall was definitely a highlight. However, we did run into a pretty frustrating issue with the beach access code. The code we were given to get back into the property from the beach did not work, and we ended up locked out in the rain with our toddler while waiting for a response from the hosts. Other guests eventually helped us get back in. When the hosts finally responded a couple hours later, they basically just said “well that’s the code we have” instead of actively helping troubleshoot the issue. The next day, other guests gave us the correct code, and when I informed the hosts that the original code was wrong, that part of the message was ignored. Also, the walls are VERY thin. We could clearly hear our neighbors coughing, sneezing, talking, and laughing.

Beautiful home in a perfect location - just a short walk to the ocean. The home had a few things that should have been fixed prior to renting. (nothing serious, but for the cost of the place these things were unfortunate.) My biggest concern was a moldy washing machine which therefore did not allow us to wash our beach clothes. The rest of the house was clean.

The home is a lovely historic home with local charm. The bedrooms are very tiny with little room to move around, but we didn't mind as much as we thought we would. The kitchen is detached from the rest of the home, which i also ended up loving being able to kick the kids out on the huge wraparound porch while i cooked. Listing states beach supplies are there, but other than a couple of beach towels, we didn't find any other supplies and made a run to buy some. All major stores are about 20 minutes away which we liked. The beach we had access too was secluded so we felt like we had our own private beach for most of our stay. Would recommend upgrading the sheets and bedding the ones there are very worn. We ended buying our own pillows as the ones there are very flat. . All-in-all we enjoyed our stay and plan to book again in the future.

Great location, updated kitchen and bathrooms. However the living room furniture was very worn and needs attention. Also the twin beds need bed skirts. The gate codes did not work so we could not get in. Luckily another resident helped. Also the complex was under a boil water advisory and we were not notified
