“Just as described. Great neighborhood. Literally one or two houses from the beach. The only downside was the sargassum on the beach, nothing anyone can do about that, it’s Mother Nature. But everything was still beautiful and relaxing, exactly what we wanted. Would recommend and would stay again.”

“This was our second stay at Seawinds, but our first in this unit, and it worked great for our family of five. The layout is worth noting: the first floor has two bedrooms, two full baths, washer/dryer, and the only truly shaded patio. The kids’ room comfortably fit our three children (10, 7, and 5). The second floor contains the kitchen, dining, and living areas, while the master suite is on the third floor. Families with younger children should know the master is separated by two flights of stairs. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach access is unbeatable, and the upstairs mini-split kept the master cool despite reviews mentioning heat issues. The only maintenance item we noticed was flickering lights upstairs. One frustration: we were told there were no beach items available and purchased our own, only to find chairs, boogie boards, and toys already provided.
