“Sound Waves is a lovely home in a perfect location. The home is clean & comfortable and nicely updated. We stayed with our adult children and their families for one week. Everyone loved the ocean views and the proximity to the beach. Sunshine Realty responded quickly to our request for a fan for the twin room above the garage. Though we were told there were no beach chairs & towels, we were pleasantly surprised to discover several of each, making our stay easier. We would love to stay at Sound Waves in the future. A perfect beach house in the best neighborhood! Thank you, Sunshine Realty!”

“Overall, we had a wonderful experience in St Augustine. Loved the location and artisanal shops surrounding including the short walk to Old Town. Only bummer was they didn’t provide sponges and laundry detergent per stated in their starter pack which was not mentioned in their Airbnb listing. Additionally, we inquired around a late check out and did not receive any information back. Ultimately, it all worked out.”
