“We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in St. Augustine Beach. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. Owner communication was prompt and the location was great: it was close to the association's beach access, restaurants, and pier. We would definitely stay here again for a little weekend staycation!”

“We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing photos. While the hosts communicated appropriately and handled the basics as expected, the condition of the unit itself was disappointing. The carpets were heavily stained throughout the unit, several items appeared broken or in need of repair, multiple light bulbs were out, and overall the property did not feel very clean or well maintained upon arrival. The listing photos also seemed outdated and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the space. One additional thing worth noting is that although the property is marketed as pet friendly, there are very limited grassy areas available for pets, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. With some updated photos, clearer communication in the listing, and more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be a great place to stay.”
