“Meadow expectations. Very clean and very easy. Stay at a wonderful location at Saint Augustine Beach. Great way to just unwind and take it easy. We are a family of five (with littles) and slept very comfortably. Being on the beach was incredibly key and having a nice size pool was also very clutch for our family. TVs were great. The unit was really good. Some stuff was outdated like the bathrooms however, everything functioned perfectly. Great restaurants, nearby and only 10 minutes away from historic Saint Augustine. Loved it, would definitely come again.”

“We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing photos. While the hosts communicated appropriately and handled the basics as expected, the condition of the unit itself was disappointing. The carpets were heavily stained throughout the unit, several items appeared broken or in need of repair, multiple light bulbs were out, and overall the property did not feel very clean or well maintained upon arrival. The listing photos also seemed outdated and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the space. One additional thing worth noting is that although the property is marketed as pet friendly, there are very limited grassy areas available for pets, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. With some updated photos, clearer communication in the listing, and more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be a great place to stay.”
