“Very clean and comfortable property with beautiful ocean views!”

“We were looking for a relaxing, peaceful vacation. And it did not disappoint! The accommodations were perfect, everything we needed and then some. The neighbors were all friendly and kind. We found some good restaurants close by for fine dining. The best part for us was the view from the condo. We will definitely be back, can’t wait!”

“Ponce Landing is a great location. away from crowds, pet friendly, spacious, great warm pools, lots of kitchen cooking wear, utensils, towels, beach towels, spices to cook, which is a plus! Showers are amazing, beds comfortable as well pillows and plenty of blankets, even for the pups! Kennel, beach chairs and toys for the kids. Washer and dryer were so useful. I loved making coffee in the morning! The view was beautiful. They have a pathway to walk to the beach, just so stunning with soft green grass and warm lights to brighten your path, the water hose outside the condo to rinse your feet! My family and I loved this place. Everything about it was just perfect, beautiful and comfortable! Kids loved the big comfy couch and their own balcony. They loved the lizards outside. My husband liked that it felt safe and aweome pool. Me, I love the broom and dust pan 😁 we have two dogs! It was nice being able to clean the floor! We certainly will miss it! We hope to come back next! ♥️♥️”

“We enjoy our stay . The condo was very comfortable. Oceanfront on the fourth floor. this condo is next to the pool very close to the ocean. The view is excellent. Everything you need for your Family is here clean. We really enjoy our stay. Safe gated community. If you like oceanfront, you will love this place. I will definitely rent this condo again for my family.”

“We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing photos. While the hosts communicated appropriately and handled the basics as expected, the condition of the unit itself was disappointing. The carpets were heavily stained throughout the unit, several items appeared broken or in need of repair, multiple light bulbs were out, and overall the property did not feel very clean or well maintained upon arrival. The listing photos also seemed outdated and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the space. One additional thing worth noting is that although the property is marketed as pet friendly, there are very limited grassy areas available for pets, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. With some updated photos, clearer communication in the listing, and more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be a great place to stay.”
