“Had a great stay! We were a group of 14, including 6 kids. Neighborhood was safe and walkable. The beach was walkable, clean, beautiful, and not crowded. The houses were very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. House was considerately stocked with a few trash bags, detergent, soap, paper towels, etc. Historic downtown was a short drive away. The hot tubs were functional, but not pristine (granted we came in June). 1/2 way through our stay the pool guy came to clean them, but prior to that they were green. All-in-all we loved our stay, and would consider coming back.”

“The house was phenomenal and worthy of a 5 star review. We were impressed as soon as we walked through the door. Luxury feel, especially walking in and seeing the pool and back deck area upon entering the house. We would definitely stay here again. Pictures are pretty accurate on what you are getting at this house. Kitchen was great for any meals we wanted to prepare as well. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Only recommendation to other guests would be to space out your showers as we did run out of hot water on the days everyone was getting ready around the same time for dinner.”

“We were in St Augustine for a wedding. We shared the place with adult family members. The bunk bedroom is really for kids. The hot tub didn’t work. The backyard deck could have been amazing if the weather had been. The place is clean and comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were handy. It was close to beaches with paths, park with playground, and a grocery store and about 15 minutes to historic area. There’s also a great French pastry place 20 minutes. I would recommend.”
