“House is nice and large. Furnishings are Ikea and memory foam. Argued with AvantStay because we brought a small, 4x8' trailer for our luggage. They insisted it was not allowed to be parked at house, threatened that it could be towed or we could be fined. They sent their own policy which specifically states that boats and RVs are not allowed, nothing about a small trailer. They insisted trailers weren't permitted to be parked in neighborhood even after I provided 4 photos of houses on the same, short road that had boats and trailers. Very frustrating and stressful. A few outlets didn't work. Pool was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned despite requesting and being told it would be. Pool table is almost useless, cues were just plastic and didn't work well. Grass was very long upon arrival, that did get fixed upon notifying AvantStay. I'll avoid management companies in the future when booking and look for owners.”

“The houses were beautiful and comfortable for our stay. However, be forewarned there is a neighbor who makes constant complaints to the owners about every small thing. There was also a neighbor who felt it appropriate to verbally assault my mother while outside of the house regarding parking during my son's birthday party. The amenities were very nice and the management company was communicative. However, in their efforts to address the complaints from the neighbor (only 1 person) they blew up my phone constantly over the last 2 days of our stay and even threatened to evict us from the house. Might I add, we have never had any negative reviews or ever been treated this way at any other airbnb.”
