“We loved the house layout, cleanliness, number of en suite bathrooms, great supply of blankets, towels, and beach towels, great swimming pool, including lounge chairs & water chairs, golf cart, well-equipped kitchen, two fridges, powerful ice-maker, very good laundry machines, plus the little things that were there for us (by chance?), such as spices, games, a few beach chairs, and a *beach canopy*! 1. Beware no blackout blinds/curtains. 2. The water from the jacuzzi flows into the pool, so they're almost the same temp. If we had heated them, we're told it wouldn't go above 96. We didn't heat them, since the pool was already warmer than we wanted. For us, the hot tub went unused, usually a very popular spot on our family vacations. Sowal pointed out that it's probably much more desirable in cooler seasons. 3. Someone put smelly trash in our bin twice. The 1st time Sowal picked up, but the 2nd time they left it for the week which wasn't pleasant. Overall, wonderful house!”

“We absolutely fell in love with this house! We were 6 adults, 3 kids (9,6 and 1.5 years) It was very comfortable for the whole family. None of us wanted to leave. It was beautiful, spotless, and truly felt like the perfect vacation home. Every room and space had something special and was thoughtfully designed. We had a small issue with the microwave, and the hosts responded immediately and purchased a brand-new one right away, amazing service! The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the location in Destin is excellent. Almost everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive, with grocery stores only about 5 minutes away. The pool is just two houses down, and since the home is located on a quiet court street, the whole area feels very peaceful and private. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”
