“This was a great property for our stay. We had five adults and we were all able to have our own space. The views were great and the walk to the beach wasn’t too far. There was plenty of places for good food and shopping close by. We also drove about an hour to Destin for a dolphin cruise. The beach was so clear and the sand was very nice. The property itself was as described and clean.”

Property manager could do a better job of quality check before check in. house was dirty! hair in bathrooms. blood on comforter. very slow to respond! Sent cleaners back and they were very rude and dismissive.”

“The place was perfect for our family of four. The condo is very well laid out with a beautiful primary suite and two generous sized bedrooms that worked very well for our kids. The living space was great and the kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever had. Joey was very responsive and appreciated the proactive messages leading up to our stay and before we left. Made our stay at Watercolor perfect.”
