We loved that this home included the low speed vehicle so we did not have an additional rental expense, and we used it a lot for exploring Grayton & Seaside. I loved this home’s proximity to all of the natural trails, restaurants, and the beautiful beach!☀️”

“A nice stay we overpaid for due to booking late. Location & cleanliness were important positives. GREAT resort access + vicinity to the beach/cafes. Location downside is loud dumpster pick ups or deliveries early each morning. Unit felt more basic than luxury, lacking somewhat standard amenities. Even cheap hotels give you what you need for one day of coffee - had to buy 200 filters that hopefully are left for future guests to use. There were some tech issues during our stay. Detailed suggestions for improvement were provided to the PM privately. Open to staying here again but there are plenty of other options in 30a/Watercolor that rise to the designation of luxury at less cost.”

“The property was clean, in great condition and exactly as described. I did not like the process that Sowall required to boom the place. They required me to sign documents and pay a security deposit outside of Airbnb. This is the only place that has ever required this. I didn’t realise it until my cancellation period had expired. They said if I didn’t sign they would cancel my reservation without a refund”

“The house was perfect for my family of 4! The house was very clean, had beach toys and games for the kids, and was in walking distance to everything. My only complaint was the AC upstairs didn’t cool as well as the downstairs.”
