“We absolutely fell in love with this house! We were 6 adults, 3 kids (9,6 and 1.5 years) It was very comfortable for the whole family. None of us wanted to leave. It was beautiful, spotless, and truly felt like the perfect vacation home. Every room and space had something special and was thoughtfully designed. We had a small issue with the microwave, and the hosts responded immediately and purchased a brand-new one right away, amazing service! The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the location in Destin is excellent. Almost everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive, with grocery stores only about 5 minutes away. The pool is just two houses down, and since the home is located on a quiet court street, the whole area feels very peaceful and private. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“The only reason I don’t give 5 stars was unfortunately the house wasn’t ready for our check in time we were still able to get in while the staff finished the linens and the cleaning, they did great, pristine kitchen with the final result but was inconvenient for our schedule, I can’t no thank enough on how responsive the host was , we did have an issue with the fridge not cooling properly and they sent a guy who was respectful and fixed it on the spot. The kitchen is well equipped so we did have great meals at home. My family suggested an air fryer would be a good addition but overall we have everything we needed at the house, most important is so close to the beach 3 min walk. They have the backpack beach chair so is easy to run to catch the sunrise and the sunset, you definitely want to stay with them to be honest the house is even better irl.”

“Wonderful home - we all loved the spaces and were able to enjoy some R&R! Our kids were thrilled. We used the golf cart for almost all transportation around the area. Everything was working properly! The pools were all very busy, but we had a good time.”

“We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back! The home is beautiful—very new, modern, clean, and luxurious. The location was excellent, with very close beach access, and we loved that this part of the beach never felt overly crowded. The host was also very responsive and flexible, even allowing us to check in early once the cleaners finished. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with basics like pot holders, cooking utensils, and baking sheets, but we were pleasantly surprised by how many beach chairs, toys, and other beach items were available in the garage. We did have an issue with the pool chemicals seeming to be out of balance. The host responded quickly and politely and said the HOA had been notified, although unfortunately we never saw anyone come service it during our stay. Overall, these were minor issues compared with an otherwise wonderful experience. We loved the house, had a great trip, and would definitely stay here again!”
