“A beautiful home and location! The house was spacious for all 8 of us, but still felt cozy. We did have some hiccups along the way that felt unfortunate given the high cost of our stay. Leaking garage disposal on day one that no one came to fix, a burner that wouldn’t light on the stove, dirty floors leaving our feet brown every day, a golf cart that had been worn down quite a bit (the breaks need help), a lack of kitchen supplies, and the ac on the first floor not working on our last day. It felt like while the home itself was beautiful, the upkeep and some of the amenities were not up to par given the price.”

“This place was perfect for a 50th birthday with 10 friends. Steps from the beach…walkable to downtown Seaside. The house itself was BEAUTIFUL. A tad pricey for late check in and (very) early check out times…but, would recommend. They could provide a bit more supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher soap…) because most people renting this would do so for a few days. 1 roll of TP a bathroom wasn’t great. We would have brought some:) Otherwise - great property.”

“We love the Watercolor/Seaside areas and this property is so convenient to both! It is directly on 30a and right behind the watercolor beach club. It’s a very short walk to the pools and beach. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. Property managers were very helpful and communicated everything clearly. It was a perfect experience and we will definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Cannot say enough good things about this house!!!! We had 10 girls staying here for a bachelorette party and we absolutely loved this house! The house itself was gorgeous but also beautifully decorated. It was huge so we had plenty of space to spread out, have our own beds and there were plenty of bathrooms. The house was also spotless!! We loved having the pool in the backyard but we were also 2 blocks away from the beautiful beach which was perfect. The free use of the golf cart was also a huge plus for any quick errands! The downtown area of Destin is just a short uber away. The hosts were also very responsive for the few minor questions we had. We feel we got a great deal as this was very affordable for our group as well. BOOK THIS PLACE you won’t regret it !!!”

“We are a family of 4 (two kids ages 2 and 4) + brought grandparents. The condo was perfect for us. The little bunk room is right off the kitchen - we are a quiet bunch after hours, but if you were planning on playing games with kids sleeping, it would be difficult. The set up of the condo/pool/access to the beach was great -very close and easy to go to and from the beach. My only frustration was the supplies in the condo. Every bathroom had one roll of TP (no extra), there were no dish pods so even though we cooked the first day - we couldn't run the dishwasher, there were no extra trash bags. I understand bringing supplies but was frustrated there weren't even dish pods or a spare roll of TP. We had an issue with the oven the first night and had a quick response so communication is good. The condo is very nice and clean. I would book here again, but for the price, I felt like there could be a few extra supplies to get a family going!”

“The house was absolutely beautiful and so spacious! We loved the location - just steps from seaside market and 2 minute walk to the beach. So ideal! It does get hot on the 3rd floor but the other floors stayed cool. Overall, wonderful stay!!”
