“Home and the location were great, however, the closest beach boardwalk advertised in the listing was actually closed starting June 2nd so you’re forced to go down to the next public entrance. Not terrible but would’ve appreciated a heads up from the host. Additionally, if you’re planning on cooking, make sure to stop by a grocery store and get all the basics like salt, pepper, oils, etc. Outside of those two things, the home was great and in an awesome neighborhood/location. Would still recommend!”

“The house was beautiful. The beach across the street gorgeous but you had to go down 3-4 flights of stairs to get to it- my parents had difficult time. I asked about this before renting the unit and I was assured it was flat walk out to the beach. The pool was tiny for the neighborhood and only 5 feet deep and hot and it was behind the houses. Our ice maker did not work entire stay. We had bad communication about check in and out. I was told a month in advance we could check out late and I paid extra for it- then in day of arrival they told me that they did not have late check out for that home but did refund fee. They also told me a month in advance to come around 2-3 pm on check in and call to get in early- if unit was clean. We got there at 3 pm and then told me that they never said this- after I assured them cleaning people were gone they let us go in at 330 pm. There was a lot of bad communication and misleading info.”

“Loved this rental! No issues at all during our stay. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only downside was the 9:00 AM checkout time, which felt a bit early. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.”

“House is a perfect location, just steps outside pool. Lovely home, comfortable beds & pillows. Bunk beds are not your typical bunks. Highly recommend for a family that doesn’t mine tackling stairs.”
