“Overall, the stay was good! Comfy bed. Great location and nice pool. However, there were a few bumps. The Wi-Fi login was wrong and when they sent over a property manager to fix, they didn’t but we were able to fix it ourselves. It also took a good minute before they responded and were able to come fix the Wi-Fi. Their phone number that was given for help rarely was answered. It would just stay on hold ringing and ringing. However, I will give them that they were responsive on app. Additionally, the stove was functioning but giving off a strong gas smell. Also, the water filter on the fridge was in red a.k.a. needing change. We requested a new water filter within the first hour or so of being there and during our six nights stay never received a new one despite them saying they were putting a work order normally not a huge deal, but we did have some formula fed babies that needed filtered water. Door alarm for pool area was also going off when door was shut.”

“Beautiful home and in a great location! The tram to/from the beach was a huge asset to this home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would change would be addition of more basic necessities. When you only stay at a place for a week and are traveling it seems very wasteful to purchase a whole thing of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish detergent since the airbnb only supplies you with 2 of each. Really wish they would have provided more since most people are flying and cannot fly with these items.”

“This place was beautiful and accommodated our large family. The floors were pretty dirty as our feet were black just from walking indoors. If elevators were not for guests I think there needs to be signage. The location was great and we would stay here again!!”

“House is nice. Overpriced but nice. Communication was a little bit of a struggle. Took 2 days to get the pool cleaned from previous guest. The golfcart was picked up in the middle of our stay without any notice. They were replacing but never told us. Dryer stopped working, missing tv remote and a few broken chairs, cabinet handles etc. For the price I would pass next time.”

“The location and size of this home were perfect for our trip. It was nice to have two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A few things to note. The second floor king bedroom does not have blinds on the door as another reviewer mentioned. The garbage disposal did not work. The commercial ice maker did not work and it appeared to not have worked for awhile. The golf cart is perfect for quick transportation but the blinker control is broken. The house was clean overall but the fans were dusty as previously mentioned and the outside of the vent hood in the kitchen was pretty dirty. The stick vacuum didn’t really work so you’ll be sweeping up sand. The pool was not clean. It had a lot of green algae. It was supposedly serviced while we were there but they must have only dumped chemicals in the pool and did not skim, brush, or vacuum it. White I highly recommend the location, I would probably recommend trying a home managed by a different management group.”
