“We enjoyed our stay here was roomy and comfortable and very easy access to the beach only issue we had was the water pressure was not great only one person at a time could shower and you couldn’t turn on any water or flush toilet if someone was showering but over all we enjoyed our stay”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There was plenty to do, and we especially enjoyed the amazing pool and hot tub. The area was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The property also had many convenient amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend it to others!”

“Please read this entire review before judging this establishment and its owners. Let me start off by saying that we loved our stay with southern coast! But I cannot leave an honest review without stating our troubles. The only downfall was that the elevator was out of order our entire stay. We had to take the stairs. It made traveling up 5 floors with luggage and children very difficult. We could not change our dates or our condo because we were past the date for cancellation. This drastically affected our stay and made going anywhere a chore. We were told the elevator was supposed to be fixed on Tuesday. It was not fixed. They said it would be the next week(after our stay) before it would be fixed. HOWEVER, with all that said, the owners were accommodating in the fact that we were offered special amenities through the host for our troubles. In lieu of a partial refund or credit for another stay, we happily took the offer and had a great time! We would happily stay again!!”

“E802 - Pros: SO MANY! Beautiful views -floor to ceiling windows of OCEAN VIEW the entire length of condo. Perfect location with so much to do: shopping, restaurants, bars, and pier park is just minutes away! Building was quiet the entire trip. PRIVATE BEACH! Beach chair Johnny and his crew had the chairs out FAITHFULLY before 8am every morning and stopped by multiple times during the day to check on everyone! Living room furniture was extremely comfortable! Rooms on opposite sides of condo! Water gets hot quickly and stays hot! Great communication with co-host! Cons: Mattresses really need replaced. Can feel every spring and squeaks loudly with every movement. Limited parking due to construction materials taking up 12 spots. Water pressure hit & miss. Overall - A 5 star stay and would absolutely stay again and already looking for dates for next year, hopefully on new mattresses!”
