The location was perfect. I also like we could set up on the beach wherever we wanted, while other places you have to be a certain distance away from the condo. SOOOO MANY ELEVATORS!! Never had to wait to get back to the 10th floor!! Every plate and bowl I pulled from the kitchen cabinet was dirty, old food. There was a used bar soap in the bathtub, which lets you know it wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower head hose is gross I touched it mid shower and black flakes were all over my hands. The tv set up very outdated. Our little likes to watch ms Rachel in the morning during breakfast, we had to purchase a Roku stick for her. You can fit a family of 6 here, in my opinion.

I would not stay here again. The poor-quality beds and pillows alone are enough for me to say that. We’ve been coming to PCB for 6 years and have paid less for nicer accommodations. There were other issues throughout our stay. Both toilets ran continuously, the cookware was limited, and the couches were so uncomfortable they offered no reprieve from the beds. On top of that, the sheets had not been changed and the dishes had not actually been washed. When we brought this up, we were simply told that “there are extras in the closet” rather than having the cleaner return to address the issues. The one positive I can give is that the elevators were never crowded. However, the pool right by Building E was closed by the health dpt, which was concerning. What was most frustrating was the host’s response. Offering free tickets to attractions does not make up for cleanliness, functioning plumbing, comfortable sleeping, or an equipped kitchen.

The condo was in a nice place but the pictures they had must’ve been when everything was brand new. The couch and loveseat had stains all over it and was not comfortable at all. It was very wore out. Other than that, it was a perfect place. Beds were comfortable. I would like again if the price was right!

Pros Large place with lots of space. Both bedrooms have an ocean view (hard to find!) Ice machine/filtered water in fridge Location: the beach was not crowded at all, walking distance to restaurants and a shop or two. Living room is well decorated, very coastal vibes Easy parking Easy access to beach and pool Smaller building which I appreciate Great shelling and we saw dolphins every morning. Cons The pictures do not show all the issues in this place. They look clean and crisp but the place could use an update. The ceilings are yellowing and have spots and big patches everywhere. Kinda makes it look dirty. The master bathroom needs paint and update. There are issues all over the walls. The toilet paper holder is broken but the anchor piece is still there. The mirrors have weird black spots all over. The cabinets are uneven and falling apart. Ceiling light also flickers and doesn’t come on all the time. In the master bedroom the ceiling has a ton of issues. The furniture i

Overall, the place was okay, but there were a few things that should be improved. There was mold in the apartment that needs to be addressed, as it affects the overall comfort and cleanliness of the stay. On the same day I made my reservation, just a few hours later, I requested to change my dates. The apartment was still available, but after several messages back and forth, I was told I could only change the dates if I paid an additional $200. Since I had booked a 10-day stay and the dates were still open, I found that extra charge disappointing. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I felt the experience could have been more guest-focused!

I would say this place is inconvenient. The garage is way across a sky bridge across the street, the check in desk was closed so we had to go the next day to get wristbands bands and the elevators are TERRIBLE!!!!!! There are only two for a tower with 21 floors! It takes forever for them to come just to go down to the beach and if you have a luggage cart, stroller or wagon it takes even longer because there’s too many people for it to fit. I messaged the host right away letting them know there was a stain (that appeared like blood) on the master blanket and they wrote back I could change the sheets with linens in the closet. There was a nasty dark dried smear on the bathroom door and some long black curly hairs hanging from the shower head. Again, they said our cleaners must have missed it but didn’t offer to come clean it. The door to the balcony was so difficult to slide my spouse and I could barely open and close it. They did send someone our last day to fix it.

OK, we have stayed here before, had a much better experience then. This is managed by a rental management group, southern coastal vacation group. They suck had pour response time. Checked in on a Saturday noticed the fridge wasn’t cooling as well. Sunday messaged them on Monday. Told him the refrigerator was out. They didn’t even check it till Wednesday and then got us a refrigerator on Saturday the day before we left that evening. The delivery showed us a message that they sent them told them to the condo was vacant that week. Theyhave no consideration for guest! Secondly, it said the condo would sleep six people, two bedrooms and a pullout couch. Pull out couches no count. It’s just a box of Springs. Nobody could sleep on that. Cheaply decorated. Bed frame was barely mounted one screw holding it. My advice never rent from nobody but an owner, especially from them southern coast vacations. They never even offered anything for our troubles an loss. For me this wasn’t a vacation!Help!

Great location and had everything we needed in the condo. The pool was very nice. The condo was a little run down but overall was good. The actual building was a little disappointing because we brought our children with us and the security guards at the pool told them they couldn’t jump in the pool or play catch. Other children kept getting in trouble for “horseplay” when they were just being kids. The security guards kept walking through the pool area every hour making everyone show them their wristbands. It was a little ridiculous and over the top. I wouldn’t bring kids back just for that reason.
