“This is our third year choosing the same home for our summer vacation. The home is better each year with small improvements that don't take away from it's old home charm. Home items are provided such as basic cookware, bedding, bath towels, and broom. When packing you should consider all your beach items from chairs, toys, towels etc as well as things to make daily cleaning and living easier. We always bring a vacuum, blower, additional tuberware for left overs, spices, spray cleaner/clorox wipes, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, extra paper goods etc. The area is wonderful to kayak and there's ample room to store them at the home. We enjoy this place, the locals are friendly, the host is clear and hassle free. We never have any issues and plan to continue making this an annual stay. We love the old time and natural Florida beach and home. We see lots of nature while there. Wonderful family memories are made each year.”

“Perfectly secluded beach house. Beach is closer to house than pics make it appear. The home is outdated and older but well represented in the photos. Had a lot of fun there with the kids. Didn’t have a single other person even walk by on the beach.”

“This was our second stay here and plan to return again next year. We noticed and appreciated the upgrades since our last stay. The home has kept that old Florida house feel to it and we felt right at home. We find it beneficial to bring a vacuum and blower to keep things tidy being beachfront.”

“Pros: beautiful secluded location with private access to a basically deserted beach. Very quiet. Very private. Cons: The house hasn't been meaningfully updated in years it looks like. Doors that stick on the floor. Rust stained sink upstairs. Dirty exterior windows downstairs. No fan in the bathroom to extract smells or steam. Mysterious stains dripping down walls. It was generally clean enough but it's worth about half the money we paid given the state of the house. Loved the location. House needs work. Wouldn't recommend.”
