“We had a wonderful trip to Carrabelle and absolutely loved the house. It was very comfortable for everyone and spotlessly clean. You never know what you’re going to get with kitchens/cooking utensils at rental houses but this one is well stocked which made cooking easy. We’d love to come back!”

“PRO- > Nice home, well kept, clean with nice appliances and bathrooms. > Dock out to the water was in good condition. CON - > Construction site not 20 feet left of the house was never disclosed in the listing. Active, noisy construction (driving pilings very loud!) Saturday 9am - 12:30 and Labor Day 9am - 6pm made our contractual "right to quiet enjoyment" impossible. > The $1500 we paid for 3 days/4 nights of this* was a ripoff-off (*can't attach pictures or audio but I have them!) .”

“Great time! Right on the bay with its own private dock and fishing stuff included. Had a few appliance issues in the kitchen. Mismatched lightbulb colors. Overall seemed like the place has maybe seen better days, but nothing we encountered managed to interfere too much with our trip. Surrounding area is very small, quiet and weathered- not a lot of options when trying to see where to get coffee, etc.”

“We chose this property partly for the advertised pool access, but the gate code never worked. I called three times and was told they were waiting on the HOA each time, but I never received a follow-up and had to keep reaching out myself. On the first day, my child and I had to climb over the deck railing to access the pool, but the rest of our group didn’t feel comfortable doing that. We were in town for softball tournaments, so having pool access after long days would have been great. The house itself was cute and met our basic needs, but overall, it didn’t feel like a good value since the pool was unavailable the entire stay and the issue wasn’t resolved.”
