“We chose this property partly for the advertised pool access, but the gate code never worked. I called three times and was told they were waiting on the HOA each time, but I never received a follow-up and had to keep reaching out myself. On the first day, my child and I had to climb over the deck railing to access the pool, but the rest of our group didn’t feel comfortable doing that. We were in town for softball tournaments, so having pool access after long days would have been great. The house itself was cute and met our basic needs, but overall, it didn’t feel like a good value since the pool was unavailable the entire stay and the issue wasn’t resolved.”

“We had a great time, was a perfect place to stay for our fishing trip. The boys went fishing while the girls enjoyed the pool!”

“cant say anything bad things about why I wouldn't stay here. only a few things that maybe could be fixable or help someone else. Beds are hard (no comfort at all). Only one room has a TV. So if you have to have a TV, may have to do like us and watch phone or listen to it until you go to sleep. There is nothing dark about the rooms. could use curtains over windows. and possible blinds or tint on the doors to outside. if you go to bed early before the sun goes down, there is no going to sleep.”

“The place is as described. It is a little rustic but perfect for what we wanted out of our vacation. So lovely to walk out the back door and right onto the beach. Everything about the place was peaceful, relaxing and charming. Very clean. The only thing I can say negetive really was that the air conditioner units leaked a little, just some dripping water. But they worked great and the house was cool. There is not much to do in town but we were happy being at the house and at the beach every day. Recommend taking a day to drive over to St. George Island. Not far and has lots of shops and restaurants if you want to get out a little.”

“It was a lovely little property to stay in for a weekend.But definitely not for an extended stay.Just due to the quality of the water. Do not expect to be able to shower or use the tap at all. But other than that, It was clean, cute, plenty cool enough. The location was perfect. It was shaded all day, we barely had the air conditioners on at all. While we were there, it was a perfect sleeping temp. There were a few things that didn't work. Such as the Wi-Fi, the TV one of the AC units which, as I'd mentioned before, wasn't a big deal. Considering the coolness of the house already, but we would have really enjoyed to be able to sit down And watch t v or speak with our loved ones at the end of the day.”
