“What a wonderful place to say in siesta key. The place looked very beautiful and recently updated with all new appliances and a full makeover. The best part was all the stuff in the main bedroom closet to use for the beech! Cooler, cart, umbrella etc. Made flying here so much more convenient! Thanks again”

“Beautiful, newly renovated unit steps from the beach, you will absolutely love staying here. Total Rating (5 Stars for the Unit / 1 Star for Management) Roelens doesn’t even give basic information well, here is what you actually need to know: Parking: Both the automated check-in message and the in-unit binder warn that cars without a parking pass will be towed. I had to waste my vacation time going to the front office to find out "that was last year's policy, we don’t do that anymore." FYI, this unit also shares tandem parking with next-door unit, not a dedicated spot. -Keypad is broken: Annoying to use physical keys -Basic supplies: The unit doesn’t provide a beach umbrella (a standard amenity for a Florida summer rental). Listing says no essentials: FYI there is a starter pack. -Where to put Trash: Turns out there is a buried garbage can outside kitchen door. All you see is the round metal lid on the ground. All simple stuff once you know, but management provides zero guidance.”

“Convenient and easy access to siesta key beach. Lots of small incidentals that were established in the cottage allowed us to get right to having fun on the beach and made it as easy as possible to enjoy ourselves.”
