“We had a pleasant 5-night stay at a nice beach-front 3-bedroom condo on Beach Road in Siesta Key. It has new/clean furniture, floors, paint, bathroom, and kitchen appliances. The beds, blankets, pillows were clean and very comfortable … like sleeping in a 5-star hotel. It also has plenty of convenient amenities that made a big difference (especially the tons of clean beach and bath towels, coffee beans and grinder, beach toys chairs umbrella, proximity to both beach and shops). The privacy provided by mature trees and fencing in the back was wonderful. We always felt peaceful when walking out back. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful. You can take a break and disengage here because of the peaceful and close proximity to both the beach and shops. Friendly support and smart condo setup catered well to the weary traveler. Well done! We appreciated everything and would consider returning here.”

“We enjoyed 8 nights at Villa Krystal, hosted by Altez Vacations. The house was clean and had incredible views of the bay. I appreciated the higher end plates, glasses, furniture, appliances, etc. A lot of rentals have cheap, mismatched silverware and dishes but you can tell the owners put thought and care into what is provided. Even the many throw blankets provided were nice quality and the furniture is all high end & in great shape. The mattresses were all very comfortable and there were lots of extra linens and pillows. The lay out worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults. The provided beach towels were used and washed daily so having the washer and dryer available was perfect. We made use of the provided beach cart, chairs & umbrellas on beach days. My husband and nephew enjoyed fishing from the dock out back with the provided fishing equipment. This villa is on the pricey side but with everything you get, it’s well worth it. Great location to restaurants and town.”
