“Dolphin Paradise exceeded every expectation and is one of the best vacation rentals our family has enjoyed. The location is perfect, minutes from great snorkeling, fishing, restaurants, and easy ocean access. We brought our 26’ Cobia and had plenty of dock space and room for all our gear. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with kitchen essentials, toiletries, laundry supplies, and a wonderful welcome basket. It comfortably accommodated our grandparents, parents, and kids, with plenty of space for everyone. The paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets were a huge hit. Our kids spent hours exploring the canal, spotting manatees, and making lifelong memories. We also celebrated birthdays on the terrace, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and enjoying the water views. Liz from the Seven Keys team was outstanding—responsive, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. As we drove home, our kids asked, “Can we come back next year?” That says it all. We can”

“We loved that this house was conveniently located, in a safe neighborhood, and close walking distance to the Cabana Club (the local community pool and restaurant included with the stay, that we used often). On the negative side, it was pretty ill-equipped for a place we rented out for the week. We figured it was a mistake that they left us with 1 partial roll of toliet paper, no paper towels or napkins at all, only the garage bag already inside the can, and things like that. But when we contacted the management company to explain what we had they said they only provide a " starter amount" and then you're expected to figure it out from there. I totally get not having an endless amount of supplies at our disposal but expecting me to go out and buy even a second roll of toliet paper is pretty stingy.”
