Seven Keys Vacations

“Great location and a cute older home. Some of the windows and blinds need to be updated because of neighborhood noise. Hot tub was 110 degrees when we tried to use it so be aware it gets really hot. Great food and bars within a block or two. Driveway is narrow but very convenient to have a spot to park on the premises.”

“You can’t beat the location however there were quite a few issues with the cottage itself. There were multiple soft spots in the wood floors from rot, particularly at the front entrance. We were aware of it so were cautious not to step on it however, if one of us had stepped on it we could very likely have fallen through. We also had an issue with termites in the bedrooms. Seven keys responded right away and came over and sprayed however, that just made the termites swarm in the living room and dining room and not in the bedroom. We also had an issue was the toilet constantly running. We finally had to just take the back off of it so that we could manually make it flush. They sent a maintenance worker over right away but it was not repaired.”

“Asked for an early check in. they said they would let us know when it was ready but they never reached back out”

“We loved that this house was conveniently located, in a safe neighborhood, and close walking distance to the Cabana Club (the local community pool and restaurant included with the stay, that we used often). On the negative side, it was pretty ill-equipped for a place we rented out for the week. We figured it was a mistake that they left us with 1 partial roll of toliet paper, no paper towels or napkins at all, only the garage bag already inside the can, and things like that. But when we contacted the management company to explain what we had they said they only provide a " starter amount" and then you're expected to figure it out from there. I totally get not having an endless amount of supplies at our disposal but expecting me to go out and buy even a second roll of toliet paper is pretty stingy.”

“I will never rent a house that is serviced by this company again. They were not helpful and tried to cover up issue and even lied”

“I booked this rental hoping for the best , it was very pricy for the quality. When we arrived there were numerous issues and I informed them abd they told me those issues werent true. I even took pictures still no care. Hope others enjoy it but to me the area is great but the house not so much.”

“Our bedroom was flooded twice all of our luggage was soaked Leo from seven keys refused to give any compensation the issue is still not resolved. We left one night early because of all of this and that’s the only refund he gave the one night that we did not stay. Terrible customer service”

“Terrible communication, no follow up, didn't live up to commitments that were discussed. Stood in the same exact unit year before (Perfect) rebooked requested same exact location. Booked through the original property manager not Seven Keys. Seven Keys took over NOT GOOD. I will definitely look elsewhere for future bookings. Horrible communication, Property manager needs to take ownership and resolve issues. Sent several text and made multiple calls. I received the run around. The main reason it took so long to write review was me trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully to resolve issue that were brought to there attention before I wrote this review. Again text were exchanged that information will passed along to Megan. No response no follow up. Result unsatisfied renter. If you are looking for a stress free experience. I suggest using someone other then Seven Keys.”

“The stay itself was okay once we were finally able to get inside, but the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. We were never emailed the access code, so when we arrived we had no way to enter the property. After traveling all day in the heat and being exhausted, we spent almost two hours trying to get access while calling multiple different people. Airbnb support was unfortunately no help and never returned my calls, and the property messages were not responded to until the following day. We also were never provided with pool access information, which was disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using during our stay. Once we finally got inside, the place itself was decent and generally as expected. However, the water pressure was very weak, and the shower temperature was difficult to control since it never got very cold or very hot. Overall, the biggest issue was the lack of communication and the stressful check-in process.”

“They double booked the room offered no help to relocate. Was very rude will never get ever book with them ..”
