Seven Keys Vacations
4.59Visit website
Seven Keys Vacations's guest rating of 4.59 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Terrible communication, no follow up, didn't live up to commitments that were discussed. Stood in the same exact unit year before (Perfect) rebooked requested same exact location. Booked through the original property manager not Seven Keys. Seven Keys took over NOT GOOD. I will definitely look elsewhere for future bookings. Horrible communication, Property manager needs to take ownership and resolve issues. Sent several text and made multiple calls. I received the run around. The main reason it took so long to write review was me trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully to resolve issue that were brought to there attention before I wrote this review. Again text were exchanged that information will passed along to Megan. No response no follow up. Result unsatisfied renter. If you are looking for a stress free experience. I suggest using someone other then Seven Keys.”airbnb

“The stay itself was okay once we were finally able to get inside, but the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. We were never emailed the access code, so when we arrived we had no way to enter the property. After traveling all day in the heat and being exhausted, we spent almost two hours trying to get access while calling multiple different people. Airbnb support was unfortunately no help and never returned my calls, and the property messages were not responded to until the following day. We also were never provided with pool access information, which was disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using during our stay. Once we finally got inside, the place itself was decent and generally as expected. However, the water pressure was very weak, and the shower temperature was difficult to control since it never got very cold or very hot. Overall, the biggest issue was the lack of communication and the stressful check-in process.”airbnb

“Zero beach view, it’s a fishing complex, sliding glass door to fenced up, no balcony & view of another complex and out front door, view of more condos. After requesting months in advance for an ocean view, got nothing but buildings. Said the lock to get into was 10 code digits, didn’t work ever. Had to get a key hours after we were there and called several times. Just very disappointed for my 60th birthday “celebration””airbnb

“The studio has good location and big size pool. Quiet and private. Hopefully you can get into unit due to poor instructions on what buttons to press on lock . Passcode is not enough. Our experience w the lock was that it was defective and we waited 2 days for someone to show unexpected to chg lock while we asked for a call before that to make sure someone was in unit w all our belongings . Pots and pans are old . A deeper cleaning of unit was required. Unit did not have washer and dryer and dish washing machine which makes it inconvenient while you are there to enjoy and relax . Poor response for lock issue which is safety related !”airbnb

“The listing is advertised with two pool photos suggesting that guests will have access to it. However after booking when you cannot cancel anymore the management company send an email that there are no access to any ammenities including the pool, very disappointing. Last two days out of the 3 days we did not have electricity. Reported it to the management company, but the call center could not solve the issue, they kept repeating that they opened a ticket with the so called local team. The local team never arrived, we had no electricity, meaning we lost all the reamining ammenities: warm water, AC, lights, TV, wifi, all kitchen appliances including the fridge. As a result we had to throw away the food we purchased as that got spoiled in the Florida weather. Terrible experience would not recommend. To the owner: hope you are reading the reviews, you should change the management company as this is absolutley unacceptable service and misleading advertisement.”airbnb

“The check in should include that the building number and the unit number don’t match!!! The “yellow” gate pass is actually WHITE on a white wall 🤦♀️. The views outside were very misleading. Front view the back of a strip mall out the back was the back of another condo building. The unit itself was totally as pictured in the advertisement and very nice.”airbnb

“I really would love to be able to give this property a five, but there were issues that should be addressed for future renters. Many of the 4 star ratings would have been a three and a half if the system allowed. We were told that we were the first renters and that explained a lot of the issues. Upon arrival we found trash in the yard, broken appliances on the patio, wet laundry in the washing machine, towels in the dryer, shipping packages left on the kitchen island that included a cookware set and sheets for the beds. The pictures in the ad were not accurate since there was no swinging hanging chair, no hammock, the chiminea was broken. Although the local management team fixed many of the issues, we had to take time out of our stay while these were addressed. Ultimately, the local management team failed to follow through and fix several issues. Bathroom floors are extremely slippery when wet. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed the peacefulness of the peoperty.”airbnb

“I wish I could post pictures of the mattress! Prior to our arrival I specifically asked if the mattress had been replaced (because of past reviews) and Vacasa confirmed that it was replaced. That was a lie, what good is a getaway if you cant even sleep? One of the neighbors mentioned to us that they believe that mattress was pulled out of a dumpster. Vacasa refunded $300 and that’s it. Never sent someone to replace it. Would not recommend and would never go back to this condo.”airbnb

“The house and canal were in a quiet, very nice neighborhood with great people and close to the Gulf. That part was awesome. The canal has the beautiful turquoise water like the ocean. Spent a lot of time fishing the canal at the house and were able to catch a few small fish. Nice little par 3 golf course a few blocks away that is $15/person and has cheap golf club rentals. The pool/hot tub is a mile away, not near the house and was so busy it was unusable. You can’t bring food or drinks in. That part was very disappointing. You only get pretty much one of everything for the house so be prepared to buy your own paper towels, TP, dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. Outside furniture is limited and cheap/not comfortable.”airbnb
